Rogers Pool Store is a father/ son team who provide the best service possible. Gary was courteous, responsive to phone calls as well as helpful in the store. He provided information that my old pool guy could not about a Hayward Super Pump. Without asking, help was provided to get it to my car. Busy store due to great prices. My experience by phone and in person was superb- definitely rates 5+ stars.

I love Rogers pool. Not only did they install my pool for a home I bought in Townsend but when I moved to Lowell they came and moved it for me and installed it again for a very reasonable price. This was a few years ago and Gary was so helpful

Awful service Not sure who the ignorant receptionist is but she has no manners and no sense of professionalism. I used them because it was already scheduled and it is late in the season to find someone but this company is awful. Also the charge is rediculous. I'll close and open myself or get someone else going forward. Quality of the work is below average also,

So you can not avoid going here if your pool is green or cloudy or just not right. They have everything you need, they test your water and tell you exactly what you need. Then, you can buy all the old toys and games that you forgot that you love Lincoln logs, bingo daubers, toys, the game of life and so on

Not only did they have EVERYTHING we needed. But some vintage/throwback toys that I enjoyed as a kid. And know that my son will. F$&k Walmart cbd Target for supplies. And please show this family owned and ran buisiness the love they deserve!

The rudest guy I have ever dealt with. I am surprised they are in business. I would return my pool if I could. I am in the market for a new pool AND ROGER’S will not get my business.

Watch out! I scheduled a pool heater installation. They delayed the installation for a day -- that was perfectly fine. But then the technician came, didn't say anything to us -- and just left without any communication!!! When I called back, they told me that there was "vegetation" so that's why they didn't install it (but we could have cleared anything there!) Also, "Sorry, our technician left for a month for Greece!" So no installation from them this summer, without any warning! Just stay away from these guys for any installation or more involved work! They didn't even treat this as a big deal :

the salesmen on phone clearly did not want to help me. I bought new house came with pool. never had pool before completely ignorant on the subject. they offer closing services but said coming to my place just to check to see if pervious owner closed it properly was ludicrous. ok don't take money from people trying to pay you for a service your website says you provide. complete Jerks. and again from when they answered the phone I knew they just didn't want my business.

It is a nostalgic experience for me. My mom used to take me and my sister there when we were very young. Although they concentrate on pools now they still sell old classic toys. I saw Rock em Sock em robots, Cabbage Patch kids, Battleship and even Spirograph.

There is no better place for your pool supplies and advice! Gary & staff are very knowledgeable and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had pool opening for 2021, I desired to take the cover off by myself to save $50.00. it would to cost me $285.00 if they remove the cover. She asked me for credit card first before the job started. I had no choice just to give her to charge for $235.00. This morning, I check my card statement, the charge for the job was $294 ish. I called her, she explained that the $50 ish was a charge to repair the nest last closing. I was not aware of anything. Roger Pool just changed me $50 without my authorization. Be aware with this company. Don't give them your credit card first, pay when you get a slip.
