They’ve always done an incredible job, only had my eyebrows botched once over the two years that I’ve been coming here and it was by someone new, so I let it slide. Great prices for an excellent service!!

After reading great reviews about Manisha the owner, I started coming here since it's closer to my apartment than my usual spot in Nashua. Manisha always was attentive and left my thick eyebrows just like I like them-clean but very natural. Today I RUSHED to Lowell from work in Waltham as I have several important events this weekend. I walked in at 5:30pm. She was sitting and another lady I've never seen was with her. Manisha went to the back and I thought OK maybe I've just never seen her. I explained to please leave them thick...long story short, she made my eyebrows so so thin! What upsets me the most is Manisha just left! As the owner, she didn't want to take me at that time but she could have at least told the lady how I like my eyebrows as I've been there plenty of times and always tip well as I've worked in customer service. I feel like I'm back in high school with these eyebrows and am now dreading the growth process. So disappointed with the owner. If you don't want to take clients an hour before closing, please communicate with your colleagues if they're not going to understand or be able to follow directions. It makes me never want to return. When you're paying for a service, especially on your face, the aesthetician should do what the customer asks for not what they want.Service: Eyebrow threading

Needed to do a last minute eye brow clean up and didn’t wanna go all the way to the mall where I usually go. This was a great place, nice and clean and it was only 10 bucks! Literally half of what you pay for at the mall. She did a great job, eye brows were clean and shaped amazing ?

i'm a first-timer and now i am a client! i stopped by today because i recently moved to north chelmsford but did not want to travel to boston just for my eyebrows so i stopped here in the morning. i believe the owner is the only person and then it's the person she's attending which is great during this time. i sat down and haven't had my eyebrows done in months, so embarrassing, but she listened to what i would like and followed through! she offered aloe at the end and when i held up the mirror i was smiling because they were cleaned and arched beautifully. it's difficult with my eyebrows because my arches are sparse but she worked with them so i had the best possible outcome. i have an event tomorrow and so excited because my eyebrows are shaped that brings out my confidence even more.
