Googled says it's close at 7 pm on Sunday. Flyer says it's close at 7 pm on Sunday. Tell me why I showed up at 6:39 PM Sunday 05/11/25 and the door is already locked? The teenager that they had working in there just closed it for her convenience, I guess. SMH.

I walked into the store today, and I was the only other person in there, besides an employee who was loudly speaking on her phone in the back of the store… She did acknowledge me when I came in, but kept chatting away… When I went up to the counter to make my purchase… She came from the back of the store but remained on speaker phone and was continually complaining about another employee, and actually said that her coworker did not do his job and was rude to her as she stood there on the phone waiting on a customer which was rude to me. The irony!!! …. In my opinion, that conversation should’ve ended the minute I walked into the store… At the very least when she waited on me… Also, they had no bags so I had to walk out with my purchase in my arms.

Well the store started out with one star that's for sure. Then, there was an overhaul, not only with management but staff. I noticed a big Improvement which I moved my one star to a 3 star. I'm hoping that once it all gets together and works as a team seamlessly and possibly flawlessly through professional and stand-up management it will become five stars. I have bright Hopes that this will be the number one store for women women buying their beauty products in this section of the region. My prayers are with you

I had the most unpleasant experience at Sally's Beauty recently. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that something was off. The store was disorganized and there were products strewn about everywhere. It was clear that no effort had been put into maintaining a clean and inviting environment for customers.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty seemed completely out of it. Their eyes were glazed over and they had a slow, sluggish demeanor. It was clear to me that they were high on something, and it made me extremely uncomfortable to be in their presence. I couldn't believe that someone in a position of authority would behave in such a way, especially in a customer-facing role.
Throughout my shopping experience, the manager was incredibly dismissive and rude. They barely acknowledged my presence and when I asked a question about a product, they gave me a vague and unhelpful response. It was clear that they had no interest in providing good customer service or addressing any concerns I had.
Not only was the manager high and disrespectful, but the overall selection of products at Sally's Beauty was disappointing. Many items were out of stock and the prices were sky-high compared to other beauty stores. I left feeling frustrated and completely let down by the entire experience.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Sally's Beauty at all costs. The lack of professionalism and customer service, coupled with the manager's alarming behavior, make this a place I will never return to. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for your beauty needs.

Went into Sally's today and to my surprise I saw an employee I truly hope isn't the new manager you all have been referring to (even though it totally sounds like her attitude) isn't who I saw!! I was completely shocked that Sally's took her back after she was a manager and proved herself to be totally untrustworthy by STEALING the bank deposits for her own use!! I won't use any names but she knows who she is! On top of that I gave her a place to stay and she stole from me as well. Good luck Sally's I will not be back in that store!

The manager sold me a product that could make me go bald. I also returned products with a receipt, and I was told that I could not have the cash, even though it was already taken out of my bank account because it is a holiday weekend. I will not receive the money until Tuesday, today is Saturday. The refund amount is less than $20. The manager is rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about as far as the products go.

The employees were very helpful but the manager has no respect for her employees and tried to belittle her in front of everyone I shop here all the time and never experienced that level of disrespect

I absolutely love going to this location… no matter what everyone is so sweet and helpful!! Especially the new Assistant Manager I believe her name was Tori…. I drive all the way from Taunton to get my stuff here when I can just bc of the great atmosphere and friendly faces always there!!

Went in at 10am on a saturday morning & they weren’t even opened called at 11 am & no answer i’mgoing to be late for work but the store hours tell me they’re open 10am-6pm on saturday’s i’m confused
