I’m so disappointed that their best nail tech Kim no longer works here 😔😣. Kim was literally the best at taking her time with my nails to make sure they came out exactly how I wanted them to. My favorite part was getting my toes done with her because she knew me, she knew exactly what I needed every single time. I’m so so sad. And then they keep saying Kim on vacation, no not true. Kim don’t work there no more 😒

They attitude sucks and they do a shitty job and like to scheme people I asked for a full set and asked for a design I showed her off my phone and she took me in ( The one by the register) and while doing my nails the whole time she was grunting and sighing like if she didn't want to do my nails , I asked for almond shape and she tells me yeah but then when applying the acrylic she didn't cut the tips before applying the acrylic so they were still square and I asked voiced and said I wanted almond she says yeah again while rushing applying the acrylic to get to the other hand like what i say and wanted didn't matter like if im not the one paying for it she waited after the acrylic was applied to then cut them and shape them and mind you as dull as they were already seeing that she was able to snip my nails and shape them easily she wants to put lesser acrylic on one hand like if both hands wasn't already dull and instantly right there i knew not to get design cause the job will be shitty too and asked to just put top coat and just payed the $60 not to forget she flooded my cuticles and on top the soft pink gel color and top coat was the only reason why the nail look a lil full but i got my nails fixed the next day and the design that i wanted at crystal nails in haverhill and got acrylics done on my toes while being there which I should've went the first time since I been there before and my nails always came out beautiful and treated way better and only came out $120

I went to go get a full set with the lady at station 8 & she rushed through my nails because she said it was Friday and she wanted to get as many clients as she could in. I voiced to her as she’s doing my nails that I didn’t like how it was coming out and she just continued and said that I should wait to see how they come out, that I’ll love them. So, I let her try and fix them. As she was doing my nails I told her I still didn’t like them and she basically told me she doesn’t have time to do the design I want. MIND YOU, I booked an appointment with her it wasn’t walk in. Then I’m sitting there stressed and disappointed that I had to pay 115$ for a butchered job. So I just asked someone else to fix it. She did a decent job but I had to pay an extra 35$ on top of what I just paid. She had an attitude the whole time trying to justify her coworkers actions . Then proceeds to say that if I want my nails to come out nice to come on weekdays and not weekends. That if I came on weekends I can’t pick designs, they won’t come out nice and that I’ll have to choose one solid color. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable the whole time. The owner is very disrespectful along with everybody else. The only person I trust in that salon is in station 2. She’s the sweetest person ever & she does amazing nails. If you do go, book with her. Nobody else. They all SUCK & are very disrespectful. There’s one Spanish lady as well that works there and her hygiene is horrible. She’s constantly digging in her nose and doing people’s nails without washing her hands. It was just overall a horrible experience. Oh, I forgot to mention how they overprice EVERYTHING. They also charge you the same amount of a full set for a refill, it looks like they haven’t cleaned their salon in years, there is flies everywhere & the person that did my nails look like they been using the same nail tools for years. It looked disgusting and unsanitary. I honestly don’t recommend coming here. The first picture is what I wanted and the second one is what I got.

Over the weekend this establishment had a severe case of flies. Not sure of they still do but it was not professional to have flies land on you constantly in a nail salon. Maybe some food went bad inside the salon, but this was the last time for me. Disgusted

Best nail salon in Lowell. They are quick and efficient. I would say the only downsides are they say that can’t do many of the fancier designs. But overall great customer service is always a 10/10

My nails look atrocious. I wanted a simple French tip gel manicure and it was done so rushed ? She didn’t even out my nails so some looks round and the others look square. Also she was so rough with me… she hit my hands hella hard when it was time to cure my nails with the gel dryer. I also added one acrylic nail to my set to match the length of the other nails since it broke and it doesn’t look normal ☠️ DO NOT COME HERE if you are expecting a well done job.

service was horrible. i came in for short acrylics & when she started she put the wrong size on my finger tips, i mentioned they didn't fit & she threw a fit & started talking bad about me in her langue with the other employers which laughed the whole time. she left her seat & said i will be attended by someone else & after 5 minutes of sitting another employee said tht i was being a bad customer. the energy was tense & just a bad experience over all. lazy employees & not professional at all! i do not recommend this place to no one ! the vibe here is completely & utterly off!

My experience was not good I did not get what I wanted I said I wanted regular nail polish. They dis gel they did to get more money. I also said that I didn't want all my. Nails designed so yes, they designed 2 of them and still charged me as if they designed all my fingers. I said okay why did I get charged $60 she said 30 for the full set, $15 to paint nails, nail polish isnt uncluded in full set $15 for gell Polish, and $15 2 finger designs after me saying I did not want ,gel polish. They still charged me for it anyways.and only wanted regular full set for 30 they did as they pleased and charged me 60 not ok

this place is wonderful and I love all of the nail places that I have tried living in this area for six years. These are the most delicate most beautiful, thin long just beautiful just beautiful! They fit you when it’s quick, and if you know what you want, you’re all set! They are excellent and have cash in hand they prefer it! They request payment upfront if they do not know you :-) don’t be taken back when they ask for payment first! HeServices: Acrylic nails

My first report of me going was great ? loved it til I went back today and let me just tell you I am less then thrilled I literally wasted well over 50+ dollars for a fill and all I got were some lines on my nails two fingers on each hand and the price jumped up from 25.00 to was over 50+ not to mention the lines are not even not straight it looks like a child did them and I didn't really notice them inside the nail salon cause it was pretty dark in there cause half the salon had no lights on so I couldn't see the jacked up lines I usually do my own nails myself at home and I wanted to pamper myself today and now I'm beyond disappointed and the crazy part is the first time was great but even with a brand new full set and designs last time it was less then today so that makes absolutely no sense to me either and there was no boss to complain to because I didn't see her in there when I left and her station was all cleaned up and lights off so now I'm stuck like this til Monday but I'm gonna have to spend another 30$ to fix the nails the girl ruined on me. I am furious

I went there to get a full set and my nail came out so bad I want to do a French coffin shape and it wasn’t even coffin and paid 80 it wasn’t even worth 80 dollar ! I call the owner if she can fix it she was so rude and proceed to hang up on me never again I got rip off !! Place is a scam don’t go there 80 dollar for a plain French full set smh
