One of the best gyms anywhere. All the instructors are very nice....my youngest is on the spectrum and they work with him during classes. They really do care to make sure everyone feels comfortable in class.

I highly recommend SLS Fitness! I love their customized personal training programs and also specialty offerings like Assisted Stretch sessions! Hands down, the best gym in the area. Wide variety of classes offered. Always adding new classes and equipment. Coaches are knowledgeable and approachable. The whole community is very tight knit. I wouldn’t consider any other fitness center
