I'm a twenty-five year customer of TMobile. I put up with poor service and terrible reception for years and gave the every opportunity to improve. I called to get some assistance to purchase a new IPhone with them to enhance my cell phone service. They said "NO", giving a switchover customer a better deal. Today I reviewed my bill which is over $100 too high. This had happened before. After I enlighten them to their mistakes again, I will look for a different carrier. I can't believe they have a customer service representative who barely speaks English..., I had difficulty understanding them. Right on par with a declining company. Good luck, I believe you will need it if they collect your phone bill.

After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!

Bad management. Bad customer service. I stopped by on Friday 08.11 to reset a pin for my acc and they couldn’t help when 3 people were in the store doing nothing? they rather play in their phone than helping a customer including the manager. Wasted my time with them. Manager was too lazy to call someone and fig out how to help :/

John and his staff are top notch and above all, extremely knowledgeable! I switched carriers with confidence with no confusion. Saved on a bundle and upgraded my phones. ????

I don't understand why so many bad reviews. I've been a t-mobile customer for 15+ years and I found this location to be just the same as every location. They're polite helpful and didn't try to sell me something I don't want. I'll be a loyal customer for the rest of my life more than likely.

Want something done. Call 611 because that’s what they’re going to tell you. They are not interested in helping whatsoever, they only care about sales, Unbelievable. I showed at the store needing help with my device and they brushed me off like I was nothing. Both employees there were awful. No one greeted me, the other guy that was there left angry as well. Something NEEDS to be done. Unacceptable

I went in and was totally ignored by the staff. The manager wouldn't get off his phone to help me until somebody else was unsuccessful in helping me for over an hour. I was told my bill would be one thing and then was charged double. Now they tell me I have to pay for my phone in full or $20 a month until paid off when I was told it would only be $4 per month. When I said I might just go to Verizon they told me go. I will not be going back they've lost my business

I was sold on a new plan with 2 lines for 90 dollars. My first bill was 180. My next 3 were 125. When i asked why ,they were very rude and acted like I was a bother. Come to find out they changed my plan and the first month charged me for a 3rd line. So now I have to eat the loss till I can can get to Verizon. I'm not sure how its legal to upgrade my plan without asking me but you live and you learn. I would recommend you stay far away from the t moble on bridge st in lowell. They are scam artests.

After spending numerous hours on the phone chatting with many different people from tmobile, assurant insurance, and samsung, regarding my Galaxy phone that reboots multiple times a day and has become nearly unusable, and getting nowhere.... I call up this store and speak with David, the manager. He was super nice on the phone. I went into the store, he was super nice in person. Had a replacement phone ordered within minutes under my Samsung manufacturers warranty. Why wasn't anyone else able to do this? I don't know. But David just made my week!!! Highly recommend this store on Bridge Street. (On the other hand, when I called up the one in Drum Hill, I could hear what I assume was the manager in the background, making impatient, sarcastic rude remarks about me...I must have been on speaker phone. I told them that my phone wasn't working and they said that the only way they could "help me out" was for me to come in and they could sell me a new phone. Ummm....what???)

This afternoon, I went to the store so someone can help me with my new iPhone 13. I came around 6:30 and gave the phone to the girl. Instead her helping me with my issue, she spent more than one hour talking to a male friend. Finally, I asked her my phone and gave it to another male associate (Nico) who was nice and respectful. I wish I could be like her, being at work, all I do is talking to my friend, no customer service. Please have respect for customers, they work hard to make sure you get a job.Owner of the store, check on your associate, check the cameras. I don’t like to complain but enough is enough. I want that to stop now, value people time and money. U don’t like your job, quit!

I know getting new phones can be a long process.. it's even longer when guy helping you keeps helping other people in between us.... Hello it's our turn we waited.... Then keep us there 2 hours and give us water but can't use bathroom... That is gross... Last time I go there 15 years of service and treated like cattle
