Terrible customer service. Tried to return my modem there and was met my little miss ghetto attitude. Said it's not their policy to allow returns. Called up customer service and sure enough they should have allowed it. Don't buy from these scammers!

Y'all some hoes. The hours online said they were open til 9pm, I get there and the sign says 8pm. Promotion for a T-Mobile flashlight was only available for 3 more hrs on the app so I didn't get it. What am I suppose to do now.

This is speaking about T Mobile more as a whole company. I have a contract with T Mobile (else I wouldn't be writing this). When I created the contract in U.S.A they didn't enable Autopay which would later turn out to be extremely inconvenient. If you do not pay they suspend your phone so you cannot make calls or texts, which sounds fair enough but when you want to pay and get use of your phone back the website (TMobile website) for processing the online payments takes absolutely ages to process the payment and eventually times out and you start over. Obviously you cannot call T Mobile because your phone has no signal so when you try and wifi call them (online payment and VOIP are the only ways to pay) the phone line is very volatile and fragile, meaning the staff often mishear you, they do apologise for this but sometimes it isn't their fault. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. It's okay as a phone company but there are probably better telecoms companies out there in N. America. They were the cheapest for me.

the service is too slow in this store .... every time i go there the people is either too busy sitting down doing nothing pretending they're busy or doing personal stuff .... frustrated

I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Came into this location today because I was eligible for an upgrade. Normally, I get stressed out when doing an exchange but today was painless and pleasant. My fiancé and I both upgraded our phones and for the first time we were able to reap the benefits without paying hundreds of dollars. The two associates that upgraded us had excellent product knowledge, answered all of our questions and really used us through the process! I am honestly amazed because I never walk out of a T-Mobile branch as happy as I did. Wish I caught their names because they were awesome! Not to mention they switched our rate to one of the new promotions and saved us money per month. Go to this location on a Saturday after 3! Maybe you'll get the same team members we got!
