Terrible service, I sat for 54 minutes needing to fix problems with my account and only after sitting for all that time did they tell me to go to the queue because I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Three empty service rooms and no service was received because there was no appointment

my card got stuck in the machine and no one helped me, honestly very upset with the service!

$10 fee to cash their own check for “non customers”. I asked the bank teller when did you guys implement that rule? She responds, “since forever”. I’m all set.
