I booked an appointment on Saturday to meet with account specialist on Monday at 2 PM, when I arrived they told me the person who will meet with me just went on Lunch, knowing he has a 2 o'clock appointment, then he was told I am here but he insisted that he is in Lunch.
They told me to wait but I will leave and make another appointment, good thing I am here to close my account

So convince this TD Bank open 7 days a week. I am with them for 5 years already. Also the employee over there who name Sophia Soun she really professional, friendly, and helpful to all customers even my Mom she always told me she really like her and she always ask for her for the service. All in all, TD bank is really lucky to have an employee like her, I would like to give her 7 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for her services to customers. She deserves it! ?

Terrible service, I sat for 54 minutes needing to fix problems with my account and only after sitting for all that time did they tell me to go to the queue because I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Three empty service rooms and no service was received because there was no appointment

Terrible service at this branch on Westford St, Lowell. I called and only asked for new bills withdrawn from my account to travel oversea and refuse to help saying no such policy to ask for new bills. I went to another branch on Central Street and the team were very polite and happy to assist. Day and night of customer service in comparision.

Single worst interactions I have ever experienced with a bank. Refused to serve a customer for removing people from account. The bank close at 5pm . We are inside the bank 4:26 pm. Wait 10 minutes. They won’t accept to serve. This is the 2nd visits this branch. Lowell,MA 01851.Terrible branch service and horrible corporate policies I will avoid doing business with TD at all soon. and you should too!!!

Single worst interactions I have ever experienced with a bank. Refused to cash a check drawn on their bank despite the fact that I provided a valid ID (passport).On 2nd visit additional inconvenience as it took teller 22 minutes to cash despite the fact I returned with their ridiculous additional required documentation.Terrible branch service and horrible corporate policies I will avoid doing business with TD at all costPASSPORT. and you should too!!!

Donna and Kevin are absolutely ? great at what they do. Every time I walk into this establishment to do my banking I'm always greeted by either one of them unless they are busy with another customer or they have the day off!!

Very bad customer service especially the manager. Went in with an issue of a held check that could’ve been resolved but she chose not to. Said we won’t have enough time and got brushed away. There was over an hour left until closing. Just poor training with zero professionalism.

Horrible service you would thing they would be able to help after making me do the run arounds just to find out what happened to a check I had Depot a week ago. Some that shouldn’t happen because if is under my name and it went into my Account. It should be in my account the following next day or at least in two day but nope I just they don’t pay bills. Never again would I deposit a check I was better of changing it then depositing the money after ?? plus I thought by been a client since I was 18 years old they would do their best to clear my check and make sure it was in my account. Well now I have to wait literally almost one more week ??? so really who ever is thinking of opening an account wut them, think about it really careful and hard. Because this isn’t my first rodeo with them and even thinking of leaving this Bank.

There is a Couple who Lives at 401 Walker Street Apartment # 3 in Lowell, Massachusetts 01851 who threw Acid in a Woman's face just because She is Black. This occurred in August of 2014. Melissa Davis + Jimmy James Treska have Ku Klux Klan ties to Gene Bertini, Len Bertini, Leslie Bertini, Google " Bertini couple Arraigned ".
