Brought my PS5 in for a hdmi port repair($180)and it worked for a week then stopped working. I brought it to another shop to get repaired again and they said the hdmi port was floating around inside the ps5 and it wasn’t even soldered in at all. Paid $180 for nothing then another $225 to have it fixed properly. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My daughter smashed her iPad screen, like we’re talking chunks missing. I wanted to fix it for my son, so I walked in probably a half hour before they were about to close. Let me y’all, this woman took my broken iPad brought it to the back and gave it back to me 20-25 minutes later with a brand new screen! I only paid like $120 which was also GREAT! I was hesitant to write a review because I wanted to make sure it really worked. This iPad works like nothing ever even happen to it! I am so happy I went to techpro by Elysant electronics! They were so nice, fast & really reasonable with prices! God forbid something like this happens again to any of our electronics I’m not gonna even hesitate! This girl has a customer for life! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My PlayStation 5 hdmi port was broken these amazing people got me right overnight and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly professional people.

I went in for a Samsung s23 Ultra cracked screen. When it was first replaced, the screen looked great however, there was dust left on the front camera under the glass. After talking with someone at the shop, they agreed to allow me to bring it back and get it cleaned. Once it was cleaned, the screen then had a discolored line on the screen and eventually built up more dust under the camera. After talking with the same person, they agreed to replace the screen due to a factory fault. They sent images to Samsung and Samsung told them they could not reimburse him for the screen. I believe he told me he would repair it out of his own pocket and that he would let me know when the screen came in however, I have not heard back since I got it last fixed (in October). Overall, the people are great there and I completely understand that all of my issues were technically driven. That being said, it still soured my experience and I am not sure I would like to go back, especially since the dust problem was never solved. I have no doubt that most people will have great experience with them however, for my phone at least, it was more of a burden on both parties than necessary!

Good price for what had to be fixed and in only 20 minutes maybe even less overall good service would recommend it to anyone to go here for any sort of tech repairs 10/10

PS5 REPAIRS!?? The struggle to find a solution is over, TechPro in Lowell MA. Highly recommend before going thru Sony for repairs. Fast, genuine service. I will recommend and continue doing business with TechPro.

Called on a Wednesday, described my issue with my phone, thinking it was a battery bloating (gassing) issue. They told me they could order my part with a payment, and to come in the next day. I paid via square through an SMS payment, which was quoted as a better price than the other two phone repair places closer to me in Billerica. I went in the next day at the requested time for a drop off, got informed to come back in an hour. Rolled back in at the requested time, my phone was fixed, they showed me the battery and confirmed the issue, and while handling two other customers, was patient and answered my question about wireless phone charging and demonstrated that it still worked (which is a known potential issue when replacing the the battery on a Pixel 6). Definitely a gem and the service and price point is definitely worth your time and business. A+ 5 stars.

Took my Iphone XR to get the cracked screen fixed and they were so nice and professional. I would definitely recommend taking your gear to if needs to be fixed.
