Gustavo is the most unprofessional sales rep out there. He would refuse to send me maintenance records for the car for me to verify that the work was done before I book my flight to get the car. I don't understand why he wouldn't send me the records as its a simple thing to do to prove that the work has been done. If anything they don't have the records and are lying about the work that was done because they refused to send them. He kept saying come in and I'll show you like okay let me just book a flight without verifying anything. I even told him I would give him his asking price and the only thing he had to do was send me the maintenance records that they claimed to have. Don't buy from these guys

My boyfriend and I just bought our first car together, a Subaru Forester, at The Highline Group. Our salesman, Noah, was so great! He answered all of our (many) questions and was so nice throughout the whole process! I was so nervous to buy a car and everyone made the process super easy and stress free. Buying a car is usually a chore — stressful, time-consuming, and something I tend to put off. I delayed buying my daughter her first car for months because, based on past experiences, I expected the whole process to be unpleasant.
That changed when I worked with Noah at The Highline Group. We found a vehicle online that caught our interest and decided to stop by to take a look. It was a recent acquisition, so it still had a few cosmetic issues — some dents, rust, and dirt — but the mileage was great, and the price fit within my budget. I was still a bit apprehensive, but Noah (and Ted!) put us at ease.
He was friendly, patient, and genuinely great to work with — no high-pressure sales tactics, no games, just straightforward and honest communication. Ted took the time to show us around the dealership (lots of cool cars there to look at!) and to show us the shop they have on site - which is extensive and professional.
In the end, I did end up purchasing this Toyota RAV4 for my daughter, and we couldn’t be happier. We got the car back from auto body and detailing, and it literally looks brand new! Not just Noah and Ted, but everyone else who I came across at The Highline Group was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make the experience easy and enjoyable.
If you’re dreading the usual car-buying hassle, I highly recommend reaching out to Noah and the team at The Highline Group. I will be going there again for my next car, because it truly was a great experience!

I worked with Ted at Highline Motor Group over the last month, and I can honestly say he is one of the most genuine and hardworking sales professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Even though I ultimately ended up going with a different vehicle that fit my current needs, Ted went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

Recently had the pleasure of experiencing the difference. Test drove and subsequently bought a C300 with a broken handle. Luke reassured me it would taken care of as they work on all cars they sell and stand by all cars they sell. Attached is the quality of the repair (lasted 28 days) which I think speaks for itself.
I declined James (the manager) offer to repair it as I don't trust them to do a reliable repair on such an important component after their first attempt
