This guy was awesome! I called on a Thursday afternoon and they came out right on time the following Monday. Super friendly and educated me. He got my dishwasher working but also wrote down the parts numbers for me to order in case it stopped working. As a bonus, I mentioned that I didn't like the same brand for our fridge, and he quickly looked at it and gave me a great tip to do in the future! Highly recommend!

These guys are great. My dryer broke because it wouldn't heat up and they were here the following morning to replace the heating element. They were on time, respectful, clean, reasonably priced and I can pay via Venmo. Fantastic bunch!

Dad has retired & now the sons have taken over the business. And sometimes this is not a good thing. BUT NOT HERE!My clothes dryer was working fine but blowing cold air. I called Thibodeau & they called me back, same day & were here, right on time, two days later.Jacque was clean cut & very personable. He even asked me for a broom & dustpan so he could clean my floor behind the dryer (which lets face it hadn't been pulled out in a long time) as it had lint, a few socks & dust back there. He fixed the two Thermal Couplers(?) which had failed. Even went outside to check that my dryer vent was venting properly before he left.They do not fix refrigerators. I have NO PROBLEM referring these guys to my friends & family. Thibodeau has been my "go to" repair guy for years now. Glad the new generation is just as good. Call them!

He came to fix what I thought was my broken dryer drum. Nope! It was the piece of metal from a hoodie drawstring. He showed it to me - it was stuck inside the dryer. Very professional, on time (even a little early - yeah!). I highly recommend Thibodeau Appliance Repair.

They did an amazing job fixing my washing machine. Called them because it showed a code and they came back no problem. My washer is now working perfect and the price was great. I hope i dont need to but if i do i will definitely use them again and will absolutely recommend.
