Disgusting level of customer service at this location. Booked a 15’ truck in advance online, and there was plenty of them on the lot. The guy with the glasses and blonde hair had an attitude when we called to confirm the trucks, and an attitude when telling us it wouldn’t be available. Very poor way to do business, it’s not worth your time here.

I have been to that place on two occasions and the same two people who work are two very poorly educated staff and when we thank them for their bad service they remain silent and I will not return to that place again until they have more educated staff and with desire to work, that happened today, Sunday, October 26, 2024

We got the 10' box truck. When I opened the door the cabin smelled like mold and cigarettes and there wre cobwebs all over the cabin. Vehicle transmission struggled to shift gears and would take a few minutes to fully shift.

Just for 2 days I got charged almost 600$ imagine if I was taking the U-Haul to a different state,it would have Been way more then that.

This place is always understaffed, trucks are always blocking entrance and never ready. 1 poor guy working the counter is becoming miserable because of it.

Got charged extra for returning a vehicle the same way I found it. It says $20 + $1/mile but you're gonna end up paying at least $200+ bucks for a days worth.
