If I could give this postal office zero stars, I would. Try and make this a short and sweet as possible. On Saturday, June 21, 2025 I was supposed to receive a package. At 8:49 AM allegedly a driver that was delivering the package and could not find my address. I have never had any problems with packages being delivered to my house because everybody knows how to read. Which means that this driver didn’t even try to deliver that package. So I went down to the post office to go pick it up that was my 12:00 PM. The lady at the counter with the short hair to the left white and blonde went to the back to look for it, and allegedly couldn’t find it so me being aggravated about the situation already I started complaining, and there was a few cuss words thrown in there. The lady said to me that she didn’t want to be cursed at which, I explained that I’m not cursing at her, I’m cursing about the situation. If you don’t know how to deal with an upset customer, you should be working in the front. I wasn’t screaming, I wasn’t being belligerent and pointing fingers. I simply added a few cuss words. I will be going back to talk to the manager and I’ve already made a complaint on USPS website. Maybe hopefully I have a better experience with the Asian lady there (I don’t remember the name,sorry). Seems like she’s a better person to work with from the comments.
Update: Enok was the ONLY person to find my package let me know EXACTLY what was going on with it and RESOLVE my problem with this place. He was able to get my package to my house the same day after our conversation. He was even willing to hold it down for my wife to grab (unfortunately she wasn’t able to) but he got it to where I live and I didn’t even ask him to. I was gonna have it just sent the next day. Enok YOU. ARE. A. LEGEND!!!

The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive. They showed little interest in helping and made it clear they did not care about my concerns or what I was saying. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this experience was very disappointing.

Do NOT go here for fingerprint services. We waited for over 2 hours with 3 different employees attempting (sort of) to help us. They gave up after struggling with the machine. Go to Andover on Stevens St and ask for Sue. She knows what she's doing.

I have always received excellent service at the post office on Father Morrisette drive in Lowell. The staff are quick and efficient and very pleasant to talk with.

Reception took break very long times. Lines so long to served. It's really bad for our post office and never changed. It have to be change the post master to be better service.
