The cashier was super rude for no reason when my card wasnt working and i mentioned it might be the register then snapping at me just so you know i went to another store right after and it did work so maybe just be a lil bit nicer next time

Prompt Courteous service. No complications. Best place to buy a gift card, they are placed right upfront. A small self checkout counter would be a welcome addition ( CVS stores in Tallahassee FL have these and these are super comfortable).

i was literally followed by the elderly Indian man at this place while i shopped. i was basically treated as if i was shop lifting from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out. never in my life have i been treated this way, this is definitely not the only time this guy has profiled my wife and i. i would seriously request this guy to get fired or be spoken to for harassing the customers, its uncalled for.

This Walgreens has got to be one of the worst run Walgreens I have heard of and that is saying a lot. I came on here to leave a review and also only saw worse examples from the other reviews listed. All I need to say is that their managerial staff needs some work. Today I overheard one of the managers had verbally looked down on a staff member. Hearing the manager telling the employee to sweep the floor and when the staff member had asked where the broom was the manager states, “open your eyes” in a rude manner, before walking away. I do not enjoy saying names of people on here but the man I assumed to be a manager was named Golam. It is not hard to be a decent person, especially to your staff. Very rude, I will not be returning.

I don't enjoy being lied to by the manager. Power was going in and out in the area but they clearly had generators because all the lights were on and the register drawers can at least be opened otherwise you wouldn't be able to close the store and put the cash drawers in the safe. But when I asked if I could use cash he said no nothing while shooing me and another couple out. Taking cash may not be convenient when the computers are down but it's possible and the guy chose to be rude and dismissive to customers. Surprised they even have customers.

They literally never have the meds to fill a prescription, never! The auto system tells you it's ready for pick up, and then when you get there it is not.

Manager was so rude to both his employee and me today when I was cashing out. He told the girl to “MOVE!” When he walked over to the cash register to see why my coupon wasn’t working. Then told me he didn’t know why and basically too bad. I felt so bad for the employee. She looked mortified as he started talking down to her in front of me about some stupid digital receipt. HORRIBLE example of a leader. If I was her, I would have walked out.

I came to this designated location to drop off a FedEx package for return. The Indian employee wouldn't accept my package because my package didn't have the return shipping labels on it. I explained to him that in the email, it instructed me to just show you the QR code:
"No need to print anything. Just take your packed return to any Fedex Dropoff Location. Show a store associate this code, and they'll take care of the rest."
He proceeded to ignore what I said and repeated himself "you need to have the return label or else I cannot process it" as he was backing away from me. I noticed that he wasn't wearing a name tag and asked if there's anyone else I could speak to. Instead of answering that question, he stated that the reason he can't scan the QR code is because the machine is broken.
Why didn't he just tell me this in the first place?
Regardless of it being an excuse or not, I left because it was a waste of time. The next day I returned my FedEx package at another location and they handled it just fine.

Indian manger is always rude. I was shopping with my boyfriend in the store and he came up to us (in the middle of an aisle) and said let me help you ring these up at the registers. We weren’t even done shopping. He def I profiled us. He was rude and short with us the whole time. I love this store but there’s always a problem with him.

This store is clean, lay out is good. I have to say I come to this store very often as a quick drop in for basic necessities to prescription refills. Pharmacy is fine for the most part. Pharmacy techs and pharmacists pleasant. Everytime I come here and see the manager (older Indian man) I feel very uncomfortable. There are times when he is pleasant and friendly and times where he is rude. I've had multiple instances where he doesn't seem to want to ring me up for some reason just leave the product there. I've had many items and I have had to ask for a bag sometimes. You can definitely feel the tension or passive aggressiveness from him. I have had instances where I'm looking for products in an aisle and feel like I'm being looked at or followed as if I'm stealing. There's a recent incident today where we were making conversation and he spoke briefly about the Walgreens credit card. I noticed the prompt said I was applying for it but I told him multiple times at least 3 times I do not want a credit card. He kept insisting it's not going to get me a credit card although the prompts on the reader said social security and he was asking for my address. I said I do not want a credit card. He even tried to skip the prompt when it asked for my social security until I quickly declined it myself the application for a credit card. I am not looking to get anyone fired but hoping there could be some additional training and consequences. Customers should feel comfortable shopping in the store.

Talk about sloooooooooowwwwwwwwww. If someone needs their medicine urgently this Walgreens is not the place to go !Update :I just don’t get why they would put stuff on sale if they’re going to be eye balling you when you try to grab some . Especially with everything being so high now! For damn sure everyone will try to grab what they can . Just don’t get why managers be eyeballing customers. If that’s the case you like as well not put it up for sale so people won’t buy it . If something is regularly 6$ or so and it’s down to .37 …. Don’t you think Walgreens will have so many people coming by for it . ?♀️?♀️

This Walgreen so horrible……..! I never complain but I don’t like old guy. He every every bad . If your item is limited you should be put a sign let the customer know how many they can take it . I so upset went there today ?
