Pulled up to pump gas and the clerk turned everything off as I was putting my card in??? He watched me turn in, get out of my car and then decided hey I’m gonna shut everything off so you can’t pump gas even though we ARENT closed.

They were very rude. They said come back in 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and they had me wait another five minutes so disrespectful cause I go there all the time is my money. They were very disrespectful.

I drove to the Lowell location at 11:50 pm Sunday night because it's a 24/7 but was told it was closed when trying to pull the locked entrance door.

I used to live right around the corner. I don't bother going here anymore. Sometimes I HAVE to get gas here bc I'm running low and can't make it to my favorite spot (cumbies in Tewksbury or Mahoney on plain st). The gas just NEVER seems to last long and I've noticed it every time I pump there. I always fill my tank up all the way. There was this one night where I think there was puke on the floor and the pump at night.. do they not do checks? You know what they don't bc there was a shooting right around the corner the other night lol, I wouldn't go out at night too. And I'm not surprised that there was puke on the pump and floor, it's Lowell. What did I expect? For the gas to not be crappy. Go somewhere else lol.
