Alves Fuels has been fantastic to work with - I bought a new home about a year ago and had never owned a place with oil based heat previously. Alves made it so easy to set up automatic delivery and get the system serviced. Everyone I have met or worked with at Alves has been personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!

I signed up for service in about 4mins after my call was connected after a short 2 min wait, kim was more then helpful she took down all my information and they had my appointment scheduled for the next day mason and Dylan came out as technicians and got the the gas oven and dish washer installed in no time at all they even took the time to change out the old hose on the refrigerator and it wasn’t part of the service that day thanks for coming out and giving us the excellent service the first time out thank you happy holidays

Called first thing in the morning to get oil because I ran out. Since my tank need to be primed and they couldn't give me a time window I stayed home all day waiting for oil to be delivered only to call back and told it wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow due to an oversight. I understand mistakes happen but the manner of which this was handled was unacceptable.
