I went to CVS in Ludlow, MA on June 11, 2024 and had a terrible experience with the pharmacist, Jaquelyne, don't know if it's spelled correctly. I had just gotten home with my husband from the ER, he crashed to fingers with a big stone. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for pain and ended up with the most rude pharmacist. I thought they already had my husband's insurance information in their system, but apparently somebody in there weeks before, was too lazy to enter the information. I gave the card to the cashier and she brought it to the pharmacist. I heard her say in low voice "this is going to take a while to enter into the system" then in a rude and loud voice "it's not taking it and we are closing, call the insurance". I pick up the meds, they charged me for it, and came home ready to scream. Next day I went back to get a refund and the counter girl was really nice and took care of everything and gave me credit. I asked if anybody knew the pharmacist last name, but nobody knew. They said that she was a floated pharmacist. She should be fired for treating customers the way she did. A lot of people complain about CVS and now I know why.

Not as big of a selection as the Wilbraham location but the pharmacy is much faster and easier to deal with. I go out of my way just to come here.

They do a good job. Once in a while a new hire is less than knowledge but that's to be expected

There are several problems with the Ludlow mass cvs pharmacy 1 the lines can be ridiculous and they will not open another register with six people working also barely a smile for customers plus closing for a hour lunch when you have that many people working and just have a couple people available at least for prescription pick ups makes sense.

I would have to say that everyone I have come across in the pharmacy has been very helpful, kind and curtious when it comes to our scripts.
This is not an easy job at times for them to keep up with, all the scripts they have to handle and sometimes some grumpy customers come in but They still manage to stay professional. They still do it with a smile everyday..
