It should not take 10 prompts, and then, " please leave a voicemail " to get an important prescription question answered. God forbid someone elderly or extremely sick was trying to check if their prescription was filled!!! Awful!!

Gave my fathers heart medication to someone else. Told him to wait and come back. Terrible CVS Location no clerks. Should be able to give zero stars. They don't deserve even 1 Star.

Always a problem getting my medications filled and ready. Also many times I go through drive-thru it's closed when it should be open. And pharmacy people aint to friendly

I signed up online to get a Covid, Flu and RSV shot. When I got to the Ludlow CVS I was told that I could not get all 3 shots the same day. I had to wait 2 weeks for the RSV shot. I got just the Covid and Flu shots. I knew people who got all 3 shots at other CVS stores at the same time. I then called the Granby CVS store and the Memorial Drive Store in Chicopee. Both stores told me I could get all 3 shots at the same time. I then went online and the guidelines for the RSV shot paperwork stated that people could get all 3 shots at once. So people, be aware that the people at the Ludlow CVS store are giving out false information. Get your shots elsewhere.
