I found out about Discount Auto through my friend Cameron who is brothers with Todd. This was my first time getting my oil changed at a local mechanic shop and I was very impressed. The price was lower than what Jiffy Lube or Valvoline would have charged me. And Todd was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend him!

Best place to bring your car for any kind of maintenance or repair. I've had Todd as my mechanic for decades and can't say enough good things about his work ethic, fair prices and quality service. It's nice to have one less thing to worry about. My car is my second home, and he has kept it running like new for almost a decade. He never offers me ridiculous and petty repairs that aren't needed. He texts updated if needed, always keeping me informed about my repairs and their cost. Can't say enough good things about this shop. I send my whole family here.

I was driving down the Mass Pike when my car started making a sound like a popcorn machine. I pulled into a rest area and saw a piece of metal hanging down. Discount Auto Repair was the closest shop, so I called. It was 4pm on a holiday, but Todd said to bring it over. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He didn’t have the right washer on hand to allow him to reattach the culprit- a heat shield that had come loose- but he reassured me that it was non-essential, and packed it up with the bolts so I could fix it later. He only asked $25, and I was able to continue on my way feeling very relieved. If I was a local I would definitely go back!

Todd has been servicing mine and my family cars for a few years now I'm in Springfield I drive to Ludlow for auto service because of Todd you can't do any better.

I have been going to discount auto for many years and I can tell you that Todd is the most honest mechanic I have dealt with and I have been burned with many crooked people out there. This man cares so much he even drove all the way to my house to fix my car, who does that?
