Had my haircut today, at the Ludlow salon, by Liz C. I followed her here from Westfield. It's hard to get anyone to cut my hair the way I want it but not with Liz. She's an amazing person who knows her customers so well. Always a pleasure to see her and her smiling face.

Great Clips in Ludlow, MA is the best salon I’ve ever been to and Liz C. Is the most outstanding hair artist I’ve had in my sixty years on this planet. We’ve followed Liz from another salon and now travel 3.5 hours from upstate NY to have Liz cut our hair. She has earned our trust over the years, she listens and does the style you ask for. No surprises no mistakes. I won’t let anyone else touch my head!

My hair stylist, Liz C., is the most talented stylist I've had in over 20 years! She's extremely professional. But beyond that she has a very nice disposition. She is very kind, sweet, and easy to talk to! I look forward to seeing her, as it is the highlight of my month. The overall atmosphere at this Great Clips is very warm and friendly as well. All of the women there are nice and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone to visit Liz and make an appointment. It will be one of the best investments of your life.

Upd: I went yesterday after 5 pm and requested to cut off 2 inch long. When I came back to home and dried my hair I noticed the hair has a different length, I needed to cut the difference by myself. What the heck?
As a good customer I’ve tipped this lady, but honestly she didn’t deserve that.
I’m pretty upset after my appointment, and if I would see this lady one more time, I will never come back, guys.
After this appointment my opinion about the company is changed.
And one question: why you let the customers go with the wet hair? Why it impossible to just dry the hair without any styling, of course.

I like this Great Clips. They are efficient and reasonably price. They have great hours as well. Everyone here is also friendly and are great at cutting hair. Will continue to go here.

I'm done with the Ludlow store. You can't keep employees who can cut hair. What left is people who don't listen to you. I asked for a pixie. I said I wanted it cut above my ears. Hair is touching my ears. I said I want my bangs above my eyebrows. The right side is about an inch long. The left side is below my eyebrow, and I can see it. It was slicked back so that I couldn't see anything. I was upset and paid the $22.00 bill and even gave her a tip. There is also a young kid there. He can't even give a dog a decent hair cut. Uneven bangs. Uneven sideburns. And when you say you don't want the back of your hair to fan out, you get a shave job. No more. I'm done with it.

To whoever cut my hair today around 3 o'clock, I didn't get your name. But it came out amazing, I got home and styled it (thank-you for asking before styling it yourself) and it looked better than the picture I showed you. The fade came out perfect and leaving my bangs longer made the whole thing come together. I'm 30 years old and finally have a perfered style thanks to you guys. Thank-you for an amazing experience. 10/10

Their check in system is flawed. I have been going here for years. I signed up online as they usually have a long wait time and I usually get a text. This time I signed up early in the morning as I was heading out on vacation and wanted to get in earlier. I never got a text and checked checking my place in line (about once every 30 minutes). After about 2 hours of waiting and checking, the next time I refreshed my page my wait time was no longer there. I called the salon and spoke to a man who informed me the system automatically removes you if you do not show. I shared I never got the message telling me to head to the salon like usual and he said I would have to reenter my info and join the bottom of the waitlist (which at that time had over 7 new people)....even if I showed up he said I would have to wait for everyone due to their technical issue although on his end he could see I did in fact check in earlier that morning before everyone else. He did not have the number to the salon manager and was no help in trying to resolve the issue.

I had my hair cut here yesterday and I'm not happy with how it turned out at all its not what I wanted. I felt rushed I tried to show 2 reference photos to try and explain what I wanted and when i realized i had the wrong reference photos I expressed that I wanted it cut short to the side of my head on both sides with a small side bang. The side bang I got was a huge chunk of my hair that looks like a come over she kept it bigger when I said I didn't want that. She didn't listen to what I asked for and one side is longer than the other which is not what I asked for. I'm not one for confrontation but I was trying to have my hair fixed from what it was like because I had surgery on the right side of my head and they had to shave a massive part of my hair and I was trying to have the sides short all the way around to fix the re-growth. It was my fault for showing the wrong reference pictures but my stylist didn't even want to listen to what I was trying to say and I didn't have service to pull up any other ones so I tried to explain it the best way i could. When she tried to show me my hair she spun me around in the chair fast I didn't even have my glasses on and when I said I need my glasses I can't see she turned me even quicker once they were on. I was so mad that I just paid and left. I cried in my car and went home and washed my hair and tried to style it and it's so bad. She didn't even ask me if I wanted my hair shampooed. She just started cutting. I understand that they have cheap haircuts and you get what you pay for but rushing through cutting someone's hair and then completely not listening to them because your trying to get as many hair cuts done as you can is not worth rushing on someone's hair and messing it up. Pictures are how my hair turned out and the last picture was what I have had my hair cut like before and was trying to explain to her what I wanted when I realized I had the wrong reference photos.
