JOANN Fabric and Crafts provides great customer service. The staff is friendly, very helpful, very kind, and wonderful. They are organized and provide excellent, hassle-free help to find exactly what customers need. The store is always interesting and enjoyable to shop, with great sales and seasonal fabrics. Customers note it can need more sales people, but the service received is consistently awesome.

I had a Singer sewing machine that seemed to have a broken part I called the Ludlow store and brought the machine in and they did an exchange for a new one no hassle just great customer service awesome 5 stars thank you so much

Always interesting to shop there but need more sales people. Sales are great. Sales people are friendly and very helpful.
