This is the absolutely worst bank I have ever done business with. They are disorganized and have very poor customer service both with their personal and business banking areas. Gathering information from them has been consistently difficult on several occasions. Doing business with this bank is not recommended.

I love the people who work here and the personalized service but some processes need major improvement. It currently takes 24+ hours to authorize increases on a debit card (after going into the branch to request the increase) - makes it difficult for people who do not use credit cards to pay for sudden larger expenses (i.e. car repair). The process for getting your money back after debit card fraud is beyond inconvenient. Was told it would take at least 10 days to get the money back after going into the branch to fill out pages of paperwork. I appreciate the hard work on the part of the employees and realize the constraints in place by the many authorizations needed and the fact that it is a smaller shop doing things in house but I'm shocked the process for such things takes so long and requires so many follow ups on the part of the customer.

I opened up my secured credit card recently from luso and they have been awesome they're very helpful and friendly the best place to deal with Thanks everyone:)

Its 2020 and this bank has one of the worst online banking presence I've ever seen and dealt with. It was difficult and confusing to set up an account and handle any transactions online. The features this bank offers is elementary at best. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank unless you feel the need to live in the 1950s and do every transaction in person with pencil and paper.

Worst bank ever!!!! The overdraft fees there will eat you alive and they let everything through so they can charge you all the fees they want!! You make one mistake and it will cost you SERIOUS money!!! Take your money and run! Run as fast as you can to another bank they will steal every penny you have!!!!!

LUSO Staff are all welcoming. Today I opened an account and Emily assisted me very very well. Answered all my questions. I left there very satisfied by opening my account there. I would highly recommend going there if you need an account open.
