“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

I bright the truck in and Nick was kind enough to give me a loaner until the repairs were complete. Really pleasant experience for the ordeal. I am extremely grateful”
“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

“I woke up to a flat tire this morning. I am just in town for the day for my son's surgery. They got me right in and patched my tire up. Friendly people and great service helped eliminate any additional stress from my day. It was super important that I was able to get back to the hospital before my son got out of surgery and they made that possible.”
“I used a group-on and got a great deal for a full synthetic oil change. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was new to me but they knew how to adjust the computer and made sure to explain one of the codes. I have an oil temperature setting and it needs to be reset after a change. It hadn’t been working correctly as the last place did not reset it. I went to the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA and I highly recommend it.”

“I had a good experience with the management, the workers were not working they were slacking off and taking their time. I did appreciate the free tore cleaning I had a slow leak. It was fixed and I thank the kid at the counter for his service. I've worked on cars my whole life. Never would it have taken me more than 15 min to take a tire off, clean the rim and replace it.”
