“I have nothing but good things to say! I was having issues with my car starting and assumed it was my starter. I was able to drop it off after hours and the next morning Noel very quickly found the real issue being the battery and was able to get a new one put in along with doing an oil change. He also did a quick inspection and in doing so found a safety issue with a wheel bearing. He notified me as a courtesy, but seeing as my car was already there I had him repair that as well. He was able to get that done and my car back to me the same day! He is an honest and excellent mechanic! Definitely recommend!”

“I had such a great experience with the Balise Mazda team purchasing my used cx30! I live out of town so I communicated mainly via text with Ashley which was super convenient. She held the car I wanted for me with a deposit. When I came to look at the car, it was spotless and looked brand new. This was my first car purchase so I had no prior insurance, licenses plates, or anything and Ashley and the Balise team got me in and out in 2.5 hours and I was able to drive my car off the lot which is no small feat in Massachusetts. I will be recommending Balise to everyone!”

“I needed air for my bicycle tires and was looking for a pump. The mechanic took the time to ensure the tires were properly filled to gauge 73, set the tension on the brakes. When I asked the cost, the mechanic simply stated "Ain't no charge, you good.", shook my hand and went back to work.It's impossible to find fault in his actions.It's impossible to bring my business to another shop.It's impossible not to tell my friends and associates the professionalism of these mechanics at this shop.RESPECT AND HONOR.”

“I have to be very honest with this review I went to the Spartan workshop on Saturday, October 21, 2023 to do an alignment of my vehicle and the truth is that the mechanic did not align my car at all, a Volkswagen GTI, he used some parameters from another car to do it. I returned the same day and explained to the manager that day that my car is the same as it arrived. The one who was fine tells me that it was a street problem but he was lined up. I left very dissatisfied because I paid $173 for the job and he told me there was nothing more he could do for me or the car. Today, Monday, October 23, 2023, I return to the workshop and a very kind man named Nick helped me. I explained the situation and Nick gave my car to another technician and he did the job properly. He was very responsible with my car. Everything was perfect. Today I left the workshop more than satisfied. I don't know his name but who did the work on my GTI? Nick knows who he was. The only thing I know is that he is very professional and he speaks Spanish. THANK YOU NICK. AND THE TECHNICIANPD. I give 4 stars for what happens on Saturday if not happen I give 5”

“Hands down one of the best places in West Springfield to get a quick oil change and if you're as lucky as I was today, a impromptu karaoke session! But on a serious note, absolutely amazing service! Everyone, and I mean everyone on staff this morning was amazing! I'm grateful that they are very close to me, but even if they weren't I would still go to this location. “Took my wife’s car in to this location. I got met with a very friendly greeting. The workers were professional and met every need. They answered all my questions. Angel O and Noah were great. I normally go to the Valvoline in Chicopee down the street from my house, but ever since they broke something and won’t fix it or admit they did it. I will go to Jiffy Lube on Boston Road from now on.”

They called me the day before my appointment and said they are not doing it because I didnt buy them there. So I said screw them and called Tire Warehouse who then got me in the next day and got everything installed perfectly in 1 hour flat! I will never go to Town Fair again they lost my business and Tire Warehouse gained it! Thank you!- John Barrows”
