“I needed air for my bicycle tires and was looking for a pump. The mechanic took the time to ensure the tires were properly filled to gauge 73, set the tension on the brakes. When I asked the cost, the mechanic simply stated "Ain't no charge, you good.", shook my hand and went back to work.It's impossible to find fault in his actions.It's impossible to bring my business to another shop.It's impossible not to tell my friends and associates the professionalism of these mechanics at this shop.RESPECT AND HONOR.”

“I had such a great experience with the Balise Mazda team purchasing my used cx30! I live out of town so I communicated mainly via text with Ashley which was super convenient. She held the car I wanted for me with a deposit. When I came to look at the car, it was spotless and looked brand new. This was my first car purchase so I had no prior insurance, licenses plates, or anything and Ashley and the Balise team got me in and out in 2.5 hours and I was able to drive my car off the lot which is no small feat in Massachusetts.
