worst bank ever, I will tell everyone. My dad had a stroke, my mother has power of attorney.Basically, I had to pay off the remainder of my total loss vehicle. due to the nature of the accident, I was given a check by someone to pay off the of what I owed. I have online banking with no physical location I can go to and I was having issues with cashing the check for paying this bill. I cashed the check at the bank it came from, and I ended up giving the cash to my mom, so she could deposit it, and I could use my dads account to simply pay the bill with my own money. should have not been an issue. I paid part of my bill as it was a large sum, over 4,000. and I understand most banks have restrictions on how much you can spend of your own hard earned cash at a time. so I paid a portion of it that day, and planned on paying the second the following day. The bank kept declining the payment, ok, fair enough, I sure that looked odd to some extent. So my mother called to explain, they would not allow the payment to go through or give her information despite that she submitted her POA, and went in person with it as well. She happened to be visiting my dad in the hospital while she had them on the phone, he, the actual account owner spoke with them, and they STILL would not approve it!! on HIS OWN ACCOUNT WITH HIS PERMISSION. not only that, the lady hung up on my mom!! now I cannot pay a time sensitive bill because your bank is dictating my money!!! I will tell everyone how horrible it is to bank with this company.

The drive through cannot accommodate for big vehicles. Have a truck n can't seam to fit. They need the access fixed

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service here- At the Window, over the phone, and in person. The area is well groomed, plenty of parking, and the lobby is always tidy, clean, and tasteful.

Horrible customer service. Went to the drive thru to exchange cash and the teller said absolutely nothing to me. I did not get greeted, she looked at me to figure out what I needed, and did not say anything to me after my transaction was completed. I am very upset and I am disappointed that I was treated so poorly.
