Recently had car repaired at Roberts. He did an excellent job and worked directly with the insurance company for any issues. Very thorough and the repair looked like new. I had my vehicle back in a few days. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, fast turn around, top quality work.
Robert’s Auto made everything so easy. They advocated for me when a large insurance company tried cutting corners (sending a used replacement part).
My vehicle drives better & looks better than it did prior to being struck. This reflects the level of service provided by Robert’s.
I recommend this shop.

My Chevy Cruze looks great after the damage to door and fender was repaired at Roberts. Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff is courteous, and transparent about the work. Roberts works well with insurance company (Dowd/Quincy) and Enterprise. It all went smoothly.

I used Robert’s auto body to fix my car. They are professional and took care of my car. I like the procedure of drop off and pick up, especially if you rent a car from enterprise, they make my life easier.

Robert’s Auto Body is the place to go to get body work done on your vehicle. I had a small fender bender and you can’t even tell work was done to my car! The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They work very quickly here and I do appreciate that.

My wife was in an accident. My insurance recommended 3 auto body places and Robert's was one. We chose to go with Robert's and we were skeptical because we were not familiar with the body shop. When we drop the car off the gentleman went over it with us and used a marker to mark what they were going to do. They were fast, efficient, and the work done was outstanding. The have a text system they use to communicate. When we went to pick it up they were ready for us and informed us that our deductible was waived because we weren't at fault, handed us our key and we drove off. If I need body work in the future I would not hesitate to use Roberts.

I swear I didn’t even recognize my car for a second. I had to do a double take because you can’t even see any evidence of a crash at all! My car was beat up and they fixed all of it while in a timely manner. I would very much recommend this auto shop for repairs to anyone. They’re local and very family friendly! The women upfront are so helpful and my phone calls were never missed. I highly suggest Robert’s auto Body in Ludlow!

First time needing this kind of work on my car and I’m glad my insurance led me to Robert’s. Clear communication thru text or phone call the whole time. Got my car back and you can’t even tell I was in an accident. They cleaned and polished the outside of my car so well that I don’t think it’s ever looked quite that good and bright.
