Not happy at all. I know it was a last minute walk in but this is crazy.
Gel manicure $38 and not to mention I tipped and this is how my nails looked.
The salon is clean and the people seem friendly but the finish product was disappointing. I should have just waited till my salon ( The Nail Place LLC) had an opening. But you live and learn. Sigh!😔

My first time here and it was wonderful! I had the jelly pedicure, which was amazing and a dip manicure with ombre design and 3d floral design. I think they look like mermaid nails. I just love them. Thank you! I will for sure be back in 3 weeks. 5 stars!

A wonderful and relaxing experience as always! Been going here since 2018 and have never had an issue. They do walk-ins which is really nice as well as always provide good service. My nails have always come out beautiful and they are so gentle with you while doing manicures and pedicures. I truly love coming here because it’s always so relaxing and refreshing when I do!

This place is my go to! I was in and out fast with beautiful nails! Had to get my nails done day of and they made the system fast and easy for me even though they were running on a tight schedule, they made it work. I really appreciate them taking the time to do my nails in a rush and so last minute.

First off i booked this appointment for May18th 4 weeks ago on April 15th because I was getting married the next day on May 19th. So i booked it 4 weeks in advance for me and my mom to get our nails and toes done together. My appointment was for 1:30 and i get a text asking if we can come in at 2 as theyre behind. I said ok , we get there at 2:08 and are waiting until 2:30 when only i get called over for nails, during the 20 min prep of starting my nails my nail tech got up 4 times to go to other clients. They then rush me up to the bowl to get my pedicure done finally with my mom so we’re finally together. Once the pedicure is over they have my mom sit back in the waiting area then have me go to finish my nails, it was very rushed and i had to mention a crocked nail 3 times until it was fixed properly, she also got up 3 times to go to other clients while finishing my nails. Once my nails were 100% done they finally called over my mom. At this point it was 4:45, we had been there for 3 hours and they were just STARTING my moms nails. I sat next to her and we talking making the best out of an annoying situation. Then they ask me to go to the waiting area and give the seat to another client. After 4.5 hours we finally are both done and get to leave. We maybe were together for an hour of the process. I made this appointment 4 weeks ahead of time and this was the service. Also my nails have chipped and it has only been 2 days. I will never go to this establishment again and they still charged the full amount even after we were there for 4.5 hours barely together…

Always a good experience at Tony nails on east st in Ludlow. Today I worked late and they close at 7 I called to make an appt for 6 and my technician had no issue staying to do my service. She didn’t rush, pedicure came out amazing. As always. Love this place. Highly recommend.
