I called Eric at Ludlow Post Office, he was tremendously helpful in explaining and tracking a package. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. It’s the best experience I’ve had at a post office.

The mail carrier comes from Wilbraham, not Ludlow. This is just a window and PO Box office. Thanks for the info! Line went real fast, good service.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! LUDLOW POST OFFICE! Got this in the mail saying it’s for economic relief and thankfully it’s just a loan offer but I received it ALREADY OPENED!?!? Be careful sending anything in the mail in ludlow because someone is out trying to steal what you might be trying to send. I’m so disappointed with our local mail services not cracking down on these thieves. I will be calling Monday and will demand they figure out who did this. This Was delivered Friday December 27th 2024.

I’ve been waiting for my parcel 2 weeks to be delivered and I’ve been constantly checking the tracking number for the delivery status. Last week I was very sick and stayed permanently at home. So on February 15 I suddenly discovered that they changed the tracking status for “no authorized person at home”, but I was at home and mostly near the front door, they didn’t even try to knock the door! Ok, I ordered redelivery, and first everything seemed to be ok, but next day no one delivered my parcel. I called the Ludlow post office directly, but they didn’t even try to listen to me and hang up. I called the customer service then and they only told me that they couldn’t help me and that I had to pick my package up at the post office. But hello people!! I AM SICK!! And there was my medicine in that package! Just such a mess, terrible service, no one cares…

Watched the mailman drive off 2x with my certified mail. Didn't attempt to deliver or come to the door. Lazy people lazy office

This post office has the nicest customer service! Very helpful and curtious. I’ve never had any issues with anyone here.
It’s kept neat and tidy.
One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!

Horrible customer service from the older gentleman who worked at the register this morning. I am an online seller and he started arguing with me over prices that we are given by different platforms and telling me they were not valid. I will never come back to this post office. Horrible
