I asked for minimal highlights that were a violet color. I came out with black and bright purple covering my entire head. I showed the photo of the color I wanted multiple times and the color I have is not even close to that color.

I went there today for a haircut. The student Nico was assigned to cut it, and did an truly excellent Job on it. If you're a Fitchburg State student make sure you bring your one card for a free barber haircut. Thank you again Nico for cutting my hair. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
