“I had fun shopping looking at clearance items. I almost always find a fun bargain when at T.J.Maxx. the staff was helpful. The store is really neat and clean right now. I found a beautiful Malachite necklace that is pretty unique and a snowman pendant that is removable so you can hang it on the Christmas tree. I found a fun pair of slacks - black and gold snakeskin print. Pictures will be added later. The only negative is that there are only 2 handicap parking spots near the store. They are always in use. So I always need to walk further, which can be painful depending on the day. There really should be more sports in front of this store.”

“As most home, good stores they are GREAT
The store seem to have less merchandise than the past previous years very little Santa Claus very little nutcrackers. Excellent customer service help the workers on the floor again excellent they act like they cared. Gave you direction and looked for items.
Improvements more merchandise, better markdowns on broken items. This is my go to store.”
“Really nice store but awfully cluttered for the aisles that are too narrow to get a carriage down. But overall very nice store that provides a good shopping experience”

“I was actually at Home Goods. They unfortunately didn't have the tea I was looking for. Selection was limited though they had a lot of the choices available. Also, they didn't have any sugar bowls of the type I needed, only creamers.”
“Honestly I love JCPenny in general. It’s always my top store to go shopping in back home, but I’m used to the Holyoke mall(if you know you know) this JCPenny is very unorganized I feel like and kind of disheveled. I feel kind of suffocated in this atmosphere and I don’t feel like their selection of clothes is 100% amazing. There’s room for growth in that aspect but I have found a few things when visiting so I can’t complain too much it was just hard to find stuff. Workers are extremely nice and good at their jobs and that’s what would keep me coming back. But another problem id also like to add is I never fricken know where to check out! Every time I come it’s different! The suffocating atmosphere and confusion makes me reluctant to come back because shopping is supposed to be relaxing but the customer service is there and everybody’s super nice.”
“Morgan was a huge help fixing a problem I had in the Auburn location.. I had to return a recliner because I was given the wrong battery pack and Morgan helped my dad pick out another recliner. I appreciate Morgan's patience and help.”

“I am somebody that does not like target or has ever cared about going to shop there and just the other day I would guess around February 1, 2025. I went in and did WOW! beautiful store product everywhere tidy all neatly lined up music going that I found myself dancing and singing to lol price is the average to not bad great food grocery area considerable enough different products to choose from nice little discounted one to two dollar items in the front of the store fantastic! Get it all in one stop.
It was the place to be! Keeping in mind I don’t generally care for the store but now I have a whole new perspective. Nice change, TARGET!”

“I frequently shop at this Walmart location. However, I’ve have been trying to contact the operator to ask a simple question this past week, and no one picks up the phone. It’s frustrating and an indication that customers are not valued. I want to give them three stars, but I’ll deduct just one point.”

“Got an appointment for a Covid shot here and they were very prompt and professional. A couple days before I had gotten a flu shot at CV_, but had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time and was late for the next place I had to get to. I then looked at reviews for many CV_s, looking for a better store, and they were pretty uniformly low reviews. This Walmart Pharmacy was great for getting a vaccination. They had both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available, and took care of me promptly. Plus you can shop for merchandise that's not overpriced after you get your shot. Will definitely use them again for vaccinations.”

“Customer service has slacked in the last year, you walk in and no hello, welcome to Walmart or how are you, it's like no one wants to be working so their bad attitude wears off to me the customer, not good!!!! And NO ONE EVER answers the phone when u call, that's bad for business!!!”
