I have had a unit here since not long after they opened - i believe over 5 years now. I just cleaned it out because I was done paying for a storage unit. With that being said, Paul the Manager was always pleasant, helpful, willing to work with me if I needed an extra week -- whatever I needed they were great!! If you're looking for storage i'd recommend Lunenburg Self Storage.

I used Lunenburg Self storage for 3 years, had a great experience. Paul was always straight forward and helped with any questions I had throughout my time with them. He informed me that if I was out before the 16th I could get reimbursed because of the deal i signed up for, cut me a check the same day! I Got to use the van once and it's very spacious for some of the bigger items I had. If I ever need a storage unit within 15 minutes of my living quarters, I will be back!

This place is clean and well maintained. The movers I hired even remarked that they thought it was a nice setup. I rented a unit in the climate controlled storage area and it was always cold in there even when it was boiling hot outside. I found the owner to be efficient and helpful. They have an easy online paying system. The only drawback is that you can't access the storage 24/7 - the gates won't open after a certain time - 9pm I think. But that's usually not a problem.

Paul was very quick to help us and show us our unit. The free use of the moving van was a great perk. Lunenburg Self Storage was a lifesaver as he had to take quick action to move in and were able to move in same day (within hours!).
