Great experience with North End Subaru. Justin D. was fantastic to work with - his experience in service was so helpful as he was able to tell us a ton about the inner workings of the car, maintenance, etc. There wasn't one question we had for him that he couldn't answer off the top of his head! I ended up with a Subaru but also test drove a Mazda and he was equally knowledgeable about those. The deal we got in the end was fair and the business manager was super helpful and transparent, plates and registration were taken care of seamlessly.

Bought a new CrossTrek here. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the the different car models. Even knew details of other car brands I was considering. Truly got the feeling they were trying to find the best car for my requirements, not just trying to sell or up sell. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new Subaru, or, even if you're not sure yet.

If Zero stars was an option I’d pick that. Unfortunately I had a really hard time with this dealership and I continue to.
When I went in to sign paperwork there was a huge miscommunication on their end which significantly impacted travel plans. After I was finally able to sign and drove off the lot with my newly purchased car, they had put the wrong license plates on my car and needed me to come back to get the right ones.
I was told my car had a spare key but at the pick up time they didn’t know where it was, and I would be contacted when it was found. I have been leaving several voicemails for the sales manager for MONTHS and not received a call back.
I took my car in for an oil change and they told me that the brake pads are worn down almost metal to metal, even after the dealership had told me everything was in good condition.
I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication, and the stressors that I’m still facing from buying a car through this dealership. 0/10 would not recommend

I recently purchased a 2024 Crosstek from North End Subaru. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Greg at this dealership. Greg went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. He listened to my needs and matched me with exactly what I wanted and gave me a good deal in my trade in. I definitely recommend Greg and the entire sales team!

I had a great experience buying my car here- Alex was a huge help in answering any questions I had before buying the car, and after I bought it he spent plenty of time going over all it’s features and the owners manual. The team here made everything as easy and low-pressure as possible, even through technical difficulties like the internet going down for the day! I’ve had my Impreza a little over two weeks now and haven’t regretted the purchase once.

We have purchased 4 Mazdas thru North End Mazda. The vehicles and service has always been impeccable!!! My last CX9 purchase was in Wesley Chapel FL and we have been on an extended visit to Massachusetts when my wife noticed a noisy wheel/brake sound. I scheduled a maintenance check up with North End Mazda (Collette) to investigate the source of the noise since we have a long highway trip home in a couple of days. Collette walked me thru my warranty benefits after researching our vehicle status. The end result was an oil change, tire rotation and the noise source found! Hand tight lug nuts. I shudder to think what could have happened on that long ride home. Car washed and was informed brakes have lots of life on them and no charge due! I would highly recommend North End Mazda for your next vehicle purchase. The engineering of our Mazdas is A1… I can attest to the quality. The interstate travel in our CX9 is unrivaled. I see more and more on the highways these days. North End Mazda is the place to do business folks. Tell Mark I sent you?? Mike Johnston

I had a great experience with North End Subaru. Justin was fantastic to work with and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. He was very knowledgeable but never pushy. All of the other staff were also very friendly. I’ve had bad experiences at previous dealerships and I am very happy to know I can go to North End and trust to be taken care of properly.
