“I stopped by the Walmart Auto Service Center and had a great experience. The manager, Angel, really stood out. He handles customers with ease, explains everything clearly, and stays patient no matter how busy it gets.
Zurich was also super helpful and easy to talk to. Both of them made the whole visit smooth.
Thanks to Angel and Zurich for the great service. I appreciate it.”

“I’m at Kevin the manager And technician Jerome. Both of them were extremely kind, extremely knowledgeable extremely pleasant. I don’t think that I will go to another Jiffy Lube anywhere else again”
“I needed tires last minute for my Subaru. I was able to discuss which options I had and plan to have it done the next day in less than 15 minutes. The tires were affordable and their warranty for any issues along with free rotation every 6000 miles is huge. Super professional and helpful. Would recommend.”
“Manager clohey is awesome
I noticed her by the side of road twirling the sign. It Remided me I needed an oil change. I turned around and she was very nice. N. Professional. Thank you”
“I’ve been getting oil changes and car washes here for a long time! Good turn around with wait times for the oil changes. They take their time to explain the services, answer questions, and they always double check your input for any suggested add-on services. They have always been kind and respectful. Love the free vacuums for the car washes and enjoy that it’s a towel dry at the end of it. Definitely would recommend for quality work and prices!”
“Amazing service and super nice people. We ran over a large hex screw on the highway which got lodged into our tire. Angelo at Jay’s removed the bolt, patched the tire, and put air in the tire, all in about 3 minutes. Both Angelo and the woman at the front desk were really kind and helpful and didn’t charge us at all for this service. If you’re in the area and need any kind of repairs, go to Jay’s!”
“Only reason for 4/5 is the prices are a bit high. The service was good,I checked the work. When I said no to filters because I don't like the brands they use it was ok no problem and that was that. I'll be back.”
“I just recently moved to Fitchburg and, of course, in the middle of our move my car decided to start making this god-awful noise when stopping in traffic. I called A&P because the ratings and reviews were really good and after my experience, I can add my voice to those reviews. They were able to get me in the very next day and told me they would let me know the cost before any work was done. They also promised to try and get my car back to me before the end of the day. They delivered in every way and I’m happy to consider A&P my go-to mechanic when my car becomes angry again. :)”
“Great and quick service! They accomodated my request for a pre-purchase inspection and on a very short notice. They provided excellent service and good insights.”

“Needed a quick tire patch after a screw poked into it before my road trip. Showed up as a walk in on a Friday afternoon and got my tire patched in under 25 minutes for $30. Staff is friendly, office is small. Overall great service.”
“Absolute Auto always does great work, never overcharges, and identifies problems to fix before they get out of hand. They are flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will keep coming back!”
“Been driving up there from the Boston area for years now. One of the cleanest older-model lots I've seen. NO, do NOT assume you'll be allowed in the yard, especially in winter. Treat the employees fairly & you'll get treated fairly in response.”
“Clocked out of work to find my tire flat with a nail in it. After calling about a dozen shops, this was the only one that could help me same day.
They got me into a bay immediately, repaired my tire and got me out within 30 minutes. The gentleman hooked me up, which he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated it. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.”
“Very courteous ! Explains what he is doing, ask if I have questions /concerns ! My favorite part, they drive my car in and drive my car out. So I don’t have to have an anxiety attack! Worst part is trying to get over that area for the oil change!!!!!! Oh , it took under half a hour !!! Everything check and filled as should be in an oil change ! Best place I’ve ever been. I’m so grateful I found this place.!!!!!”
“Incredible experience! The team was super friendly and efficient, making the oil change process a breeze. I left feeling confident and well taken care of—definitely coming back for all my car needs!”
