How many times I can get down here is on Saturdays and it's so busy and they only have one person working. Three times I've waited in line and had to leave because it took over an hour and a half. I haven't been able to receive mail in over 3 weeks and I finally get through 10 people in line and the guy turns me away because he's closing in 30 seconds and that it would take too long to reopen my PO box! This post office is absolutely ridiculous and needs to hire more people to work. If I could give this negative star rating I would.

Went in to mail medication to my daughter who is in CA for school. It is time sensitive due to being refrigerated, the option that I thought would work would not. So I asked the clerk Jesse what would be a better option. Jesse was so rude and did nothing to help me find alternative options to get this medication to her in a timely manner. He said I know nothing I just send the mail so I can’t help you. So I requested to speak to a supervisor, Bill the post master came out and was so impatient with me and did not want to hear what I had to say since I was interfering with his lunch break. He told me to come back later or told me Leominster is around the corner I can just go over there. This was my first time in this post office and it will be my last. Fitchburg post office customer service was 100% better.

I keep getting mail that belongs to people that don't live here any more. They should be reading the card that's in the box. I can't understand what the problem is. They should only put mail in the box that has the name on the card

The lady that works there is the most miserable person ever. She doesn't want to do her job and definitely won't go out of her way to help u in anyway. If u complain to the post master he is the same way so don't expect any help there either. There's a new guy that's good atleast.

They have mad attitude I ask the guy if he can track my number sec later he tells me that it's not a tracking number and I call a nother office and he answered me I was supposed to get my package on the 15th and I'm still waiting on it

I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow ?. The reviews talking about rude service can’t possibly be about this ray of sunshine ?.We need to clone her! Thank you Melissa!

I am giving LPO 5 stars because of Lois and Melissa behind the counter. They are so cheery and helpful when it comes to suggestions for mailing options. They show exemplary customer service care and deserve a raise and fist bump ?? Well done ladies!!
