This place isn't open 24/7. I always suggest new business hours, but the owner keeps "updating/confirming," that they're open 24/7. Google, do better. I believe they're open by 6:30am ish and I have no idea when they close. I hope the owner knows he's losing customers this way.

Update your hours on Google if you're going to close randomly. Waste of gas, time when the incorrect information is here.

Why on the 7 eleven website, it says open 24/7. Still havent been changed, and now I went there at 1130 pm, the cashier shut down everything saying the store is closed. Wish I could give yall a negative 100 star. Never mind the service.

To be honest , I usually never write a review about a convenience store however this particular 7-11 deserves it because the majority of the time I go in there there’s some customer acting a “ fool” & the employees / owner always handles it in a discreet calm & respectful manner & the one time the police had to be called , the owner gave everyone in the store free coffee for the inconvenience he said . It’s not every day I meet such kind people who actually will help me find something if I ask , Unfortunately lately the past few years no one wants to do their job even if they’re working so if I come across someone who is doing their job and goes above and beyond you will definitely be recognized

Staff here will play with their cell phones and not say hello, thank you, or anything. They don’t care. Machines out of repair. Dirty. Cannot get a receipt from the ATM. Run down shopping center. Rough neighborhood. This location makes me think I am in a third world country. Not recommended.

I would give less than one star if I could but I had to give it at least one to write this well deserved negative review. Let me start by saying I'm a 7/11er. I have been to litterly every one I've ever seen for as long as I can remember and I love their doughnuts and slurpees. This one however has stale day old (maybe more) doughnuts they are litterly hard as a rock. I love their slurpees so much that I use a super gulp fountain cup (cause their bigger!) So I can get more of that deliciousness. They charge me an extra .65 but well worth it! This place however has forbidden me from this cause my one cup will destroy their whole inventory. I've never been to any place never mind 7/11 where the customer is NEVER EVER RITE! I thought it was the other way around but what would i know I'm just a lonely little bartender. I have never hated walking into a place more than i hate going their where u can tell they are talking about u behind your back in another language. If that's what i wanted i would get my nails did. Today my fiance and i went in to get our usual morning fix (coffee) it was early morning and without coffee we weren't thinking str8 yet. My hubby accidentally used the powder creamer thinking it was sugar and boom the day was ruined!!!! My hubby left the cup on the counter ( cause their was nowhere to dump it and start over) and made a new one. The woman worker (the one wrapped in bed sheets) spoke angrily in non American tounge to the man behind the counter. When we went to pay he insisted that we pay for that coffee along with the ones we had and that my hubby go clean the cup on top of it!!!!! Never in my life has this ever happened to either one of us and I'm 30 with 2 kids I drink a lot of coffee and have made this same mistake quite frequently. Instead of arguing my husband politely told him we would not be returning and to stop talking and charge whatever he wants so we could leave. Needless to say we will never return to such a petty place. My favorite is on rt1 Newbury st Peabody they are the nicest people and best in everyway. I hope my rant deters some poor soul of their abuse. Have a good day!
