I just want to thank a gentleman name "JULIO" who took the time to successfully ship out a return for me. Went in today to ship out a box for a return and wasn't sure this location was a UPS access point and if it was going to work since my label wasn't printed, however because of him my experience was enhanced. He was very patient and willing to go out his way to save me time in my life. The label I did have was accurate and it did specify that I was at the right location but it was on my phone. A woman there was recommending me to go to the UPS store in Swampscott and thankfully Julio stepped in and helped me. I really appreciated that and hope he gets noticed for this. True great customer service. Thank you for not brushing me off.

Good prices on some things! Others kinda pricey! But the services is why they get 4 stars! Very knowledgeable ,work quickly,and professional!

I prepaid for an item which was not in stock, a management blunder in the age-old "you can't sell from an empty wagon" vein. The person who identified as "manager" said the item was in stock in another store (obviously due to that manager's diligence) and that it could be delivered to the Lynn, MA store on Boston Street that day or the next. We left it at the manager agreeing to a customer courtesy call when the item arrived. Days passed, sans any call. This customer called the store and was told by the same "manager" that the item was in, and offered zero apology for not calling as promised. Disingenuous. Then, the "manager" gave the customer attitude and hung up. Grownups have an old saying: It is not what someone DOES that counts; it is what s/he does NEXT. Grow up, please, and drop the self-absorbed all-about-me mindset. sheesh. customer lost forever... give me a refund.

There services was ok people there wanted to help when they felt like helping out a lot of fooling around speaking outloud as if they were out in the streets cat calling each other out but after an hour I got what I needed. Went back a few days later to do my pick up they got it wrong and didn't have what I originally went there for.

This store has some good people working there but there's a lady there that has no interest in her job. Last week I called and asked for ignition control module and she quickly said we don't have it. I called carquest and they said they can have it in 30 minutes. When I picked it up he told me they got it from the same advanced auto I called earlier. Now today I called and asked about a battery ground terminal and wire and she said I have to come down and check for it myself and see which one is the one I think will work. Complete lack of customer service

Good Customer Service, very nice & helpful employees, The Store is pretty much organized,If your car has problems & you don't know what it could be, they have a computerized diagnosis Checks that will conect to your car and will give you a whole diagnosis for free.. Good Place To Go. ?VERY HELPFUL! ?

I work in Lynn. Every time I need to get something from this store. The like is backed up for 30 minutes because the lazy slow cashiers don’t like to work. I always end up dropping my stuff and leaving.

They advertise on line and on the walls of the store FREE Installation with battery purchase but when you buy a battery and ask to have installed they say they have no one to install it. Then take the sign down. False advertisement?
