Buyer beware. Defective products. The woman marketed chairs as like new, but were visibly broken (missing the seat up/down lever!), badly stained, dented, or torn. Became obvious that the chairs go through zero inspection (her comments otherwise were a blatant lie); majority of the chairs I went through were defective. The rest were in terrible shape. High risk of getting ripped off. Much better off paying slightly more for a refurbished chair online than risking it here.

Atlantic Liquidators has substantial amounts of office items, but their prices are substantial as well. Housed in an unassuming building with a faded sign, I was under the impression that I would find a bargain. However, a single office chair--rather grimy--that I was interested in would have cost me between $275-$325. This is unfortunately way beyond my budget. After entering and looking around on the main floor for several minutes, I found a chair that I liked, but there were no prices posted on any items. There were no staff in the showroom area either. I took a picture of the chair and walked back to the front office. The office manager was sharing her space with a group of elderly gentlemen who were playing cards. I showed her the picture and that is when I was quoted the price above. The reason she provided for the high price was the fact that this style/model of chair goes for over $1000 new. Perhaps some people can afford it, but not me. I've attached a photo of the chair.

The worst customer service I ever had. A very poor, unfriendly customer service and pricy furniture. The salesperson was not welcoming in my case. Since the prices of the furniture are not posted, you have to ask the salesperson to tell you the price of each furniture you want to buy. As the person is at her office, you have to go back and forth to check prices. Generally, I had a very bad experience.

The staff weren't wearing masks (the woman at the front was, but not the guys in the warehouse where the bulk of their stock was), and the prices were unreasonable. The chair I was interested in was $100 used. I found the same chair online brand new for $109.

I had a wonderful experience with Atlantic Liquidators. The woman who assisted me was nothing but professional and helped me pick out a desk, desk chair, and two guest chairs for a law office. I was also in need of a filing cabinet and trusted her to pick out a nice one for me. The furniture was delivered to my office shortly thereafter and sure enough there where two nice filing cabinets in the truck for me to choose from. The delivery people were courteous and made sure everything was placed to my liking. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Liquidators.
