Amazing customer service and expertise from Maynor. He went above and beyond helping me fix an error another store made when buying the wrong parts. He made sure I walked out with the right products and guidance to fix my car. I can really trust this store cares about its customers needs and is knowledgeable in their field. This will now be my first stop when shopping auto parts can't recommend it enough!

Came here for the first time and Cesar educated me and took care of my headlights extremely well! He even gave me a crash course on how to replace my headlights in the future. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and able to articulate and address my issue IN THE RAIN at ease! I’m definitely coming back here again!

I usually visit AutoZone to buy the oil and oil filter for both cars in my household every three months. I like to order online because you can get a deal where you get the oil filter for free when ordering online ONLY. This promotion is not available when you buy in store. I placed an order earlier this week to pick up at my local AutoZone however they did not have the oil filter available so they had to cancel my pick up. I ended up ordering to pick up at this location in Lynn. These are the reasons for my rating -- 1. I got a confirmation e-mail saying both of my orders were ready when they were not. 2. One order had the wrong oil and the other order only had the oil filter. 3. Cashier seemed very annoyed at the fact that the wrong oil was being handed to me so my boyfriend ended up going to get the right one himself. 4. When I asked where the second oil was (for the second order) he seemed more annoyed and proceeded to walk without even knowing which oil he was supposed to grab, making the assumption that it was the same one as the first one. It was just not a pleasant experience especially since I was talking to someone much older than I am. I don't like questioning elders but if i'm ordering my items online please have the order ready by the time i get there.

The light on my car was on and took it to autozone and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and I got it fixed no line employee was so sweet and helpful
