I emailed asking to schedule a tune up and rather than just taking my money they informed me they don’t commonly service hybrid style bikes and don’t have the parts in stock (meaning it would take longer to service). I’m always happy to find a local spot who have integrity.”
“This shop is outstanding! Really, though. So I had having some difficulty putting together my sons new Intense Full Sus MTB that we just got delivered a couple hours prior. I rushed in the shop feeling awful as he was closing in 15 minutes. Honestly, Mark was super patient and welcoming even though I really shouldn’t have put them in that position. He slapped it in the work stand and helped finish what I started. I OWE YOU GUYS, seriously I do. I feel silly for being so last minute.
