They were extremely fast with everything and made sure I was happy with the fit. The tux was tailored perfectly and came with everything. “I had the best experience at Flair Boston with Kaitie!! My appointment was meant to be a casual first visit to start figuring out what I liked, since I really didn’t have a clear dress vision yet and hadn’t even planned to have family there. I truly did not expect to find my dress that day- but I did!
Kaitie was incredible. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel comfortable, fun, and completely low pressure. Based on a few inspiration photos, she pulled dresses that really fit me and helped me find one I completely fell in love with.
What made the experience even more special was that once we realized it was the dress, Kaitie made time the very next morning for my mom and sister to come in from New York for one final reveal before I said YES!

“I live in Canada and bought my dress at L’elite in Boston while visiting my aunt. My only concern was how many trips I’d need for fittings—but the team handled everything perfectly.
We started Thursday and finished Saturday afternoon. They completed my Monique ball gown, my sister’s beaded dress, and my mother’s dress beautifully. The in-house designer suggested changes to my mother’s gown that made it more sophisticated and flattering.
I truly appreciate the entire L’elite team—from the showroom to tailoring. Their 40+ years of experience deserve 5 stars!”

“I called about a dress that was out of stock everywhere to see if this store had it. Unfortunately they did not but they ended up calling the designer and ordering it to be shipped to my home. Not only did they get my daughter the dress she really wanted for prom, but they also had it shipped to us in less than a week. Other stores were telling me they couldn’t get it until after prom. “This shop has a great selection, however, It's not that affordable. The ladies working here were lovely and very helpful. The lowest priced dress I found was 450 for a simple cocktail dress but for a full-on bridal dress, they're no lower than 2,000”
“I dealt with Jill in the Madison/Florham Park location. She was absolutely incredible! I knew when I had called to schedule my complementary fitting that she was going to be amazing, and I was proven right when I showed up in person for my appointment. Jill was extremely kind, very thorough, answered any questions or concerns I had with patients and knowledge. Very professional and just all around a wonderful person. You can tell this woman enjoys what she does and helping clients find the right fit. 10/10 recommend!!”
