terrible professionals. I left my car for repairs and paintwork. the painting was terrible, I don't know who painted my car there, but Jânio, when I went to pick up my car, he said it was perfect and that he painted the emblem on my car because, according to him, new cars are coming like this from factory (the same color as the vehicle), leaving there I went to 2 Kia in MA and 1 Kia in NC, in all 3, they said that this doesn't exist, and that they made a mistake in the paintwork and put this mess in. Jânio NEVER answered me to give me satisfaction in resolving the problem, the only person I kept in touch with was Mara, who kept in touch with me for a few long weeks. My car's front bumper is peeling, and it started peeling 2 days after I removed my vehicle from there. According to Mara, someone must have done this peeling on the bumper, where it obviously wasn't. There was no primer (sealant) given before they painted the bumper, so it's natural for it to peel. I could name several mistakes that they didn't fix and left in my car. but maybe it doesn't fit here in the comments. It took months of trying to find a way to solve the problem that WAS NOT SOLVED! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK! TERRIBLE!

After meeting with Jamio to get my car doors repaired he told me to call him in the morning to make sure he was going to be there and i did that and he never called me back he was very unprofesional about it if he didnt wanted to fix it he should have told me i will never recommend it to anybody
