DO NOT GO HERE. I had the older lady and she is not experienced! Her paint job was horrendous and doesn't know how to do basic design. Lily did my nail once and never went back she rushed your nails and hurts you when she files your nails.

Nice place, clean but terrible job. I just waisted my money and time. First amd last time there.
Very disappointed. You can get and appointment online or walk in but the performance by the person who did my pedicure and manicure was terrible. I have to asked to cut the ingrown nail. I had to asked to cut the cuticles and to cut the nails off.
I think tje person name it was with N.
Don't waist your money .......

I have been going to them for a few months now never had a problem everyone was so nice .the last time I went they boy did an aweful job I paid him 55+10 tip .I went to one of the owners she game me her number and told me to text her n she would take care of me n charged me 65 .to fix .my sister-in-law went in for a pedicure and it was him and she was very disappointed did an aweful job my daughter went in for a manipedi and also very bad job . So I would think before going there

Everyone here was very nice, but it doesn’t seem like some of them are well trained. The photos on google all look so beautiful, but the nails I got were such a waste of my money. I had never tried dip, but saw a pretty powder and wanted to try it. She broke one of my nails and burned me with the drill multiple times, and then the dip went on very thick and chunky. I thought maybe she would file it down, but she didn’t. It was so uneven but she had already spent almost 2 hours on it so I felt too bad to say anything. I went back the next day, saying that I didn’t even want a refund, just to have the nails removed. She did spend a lot of time after all and was very kind to me despite her lack of skills. The same girl ended up doing the removal and drilled my nails so thin that I had to cut off all the nails I have spent a year growing out. I also got burned again and multiple of my cuticles bled. I’m just sad I spent 70$ and three hours on this experience, just to be left with nothing but thin, painful nails. I hope they train everyone to do nails as well as they do in the photos so more people don’t get misled. I hate to speak poorly about a local business, but I just felt very disappointed by this whole thing.

Terrible service. Went in to get my nails removed and the lady just started ripping off my nails. I asked her to do it the correct way with acetone and she refused saying “acrylic breaks your nails anyways”. Absolutely unacceptable. After I had to file/buff my own nails because she refused to help me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TAKEDOWN SERVICE!!! Worst service ever, nails completely broken, and still had to pay 15 dollars for something I could’ve done at home. Terrible, never coming back.

I have been going to Lily for over 2 years. She is absolutely amazing Best Nail Tech I've ever had turned friends. Very loyal amazing and complete professional. 10 out of 10 recommend

I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a while and usually love the ladies here, but my recent experience with Lily was an absolute nightmare. I came in for a simple French tip with some marbling—nothing complicated—and initially, she agreed to the design. However, midway through, she got lazy and claimed my nails were “too short” to achieve the look.
When I very politely asked her to leave my nails with no polish instead, she gave me attitude in front of the entire salon and then proceeded to do the exact design she claimed she couldn’t do! To make matters worse, she sent me home with acrylic residue all over my cuticles, didn’t even provide the manicure I asked for, and now my fingers hurt because she can’t properly apply acrylic to the nail bed.
Lily was rude, unprofessional, and careless. The whole experience was embarrassing and painful. Despite everything, I still tipped her $20, but NEVER AGAIN. She’s unkind, incompetent, and has no business doing nails.

I had Lilly and she always does a great job all of my nails are perfect and uniform and she’s really quick too. I’ve been going to crystal nails for a few years now and I think they are all great nail techs. Hard working ladies in there. 10/10 would recommend.

Lily is AMAZING! She is friendly and does a perfect job always, while also listening to any ideas I may have regarding my nails. I have been with her for about 2yrs now and won't leave unless I move.
