This pharmacy is a joke. There is ZERO communication when they RECEIVE a prescription they cannot fill. Or if they put it on hold. When they CAN fill a prescription, on multiple occasions I've gotten a message that it is READY TO PICKUP, HOWEVER, when I drive all the way down there, it's not ready. They haven't even started it. ??????????

The pharmacy staff work hard and are understaffed so I have sympathy for their situation. That being said, it’s very frustrating to try to call them and wait on hold for 20 mins only to be hung up on. This happened to me on 1/19/22 and I tried to call back again immediately after and was hung up on again after 25 mins. They could have just picked up and told me they are extremely busy and can’t help me at the moment. That would have been about 10 times more professional and would have saved me the second call.

I'm updating this review because they hung up on me 3 times yesterday. I waited as it rang and rang for minutes on end and then finally- someone picked up and then proceeded to just hang up! 3 times this happened! Luckily, I was calling to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy so I never have to go there again. I called the other pharmacy and they handled it. What a godawful location this is.

The pharmacy staff members are always really nice, but I think the problem is that the pharmacy just needs more staff. The line for dropping off prescriptions has never been less than a 10-minute wait, literally that’s the least it’s been. Same with picking up. For the two or three times I’ve needed to call the pharmacy, it’s been a 50-60 minute wait every time. If anyone in cvs management is listening: you need more people here.

Very unreliable pharmacy. Had a prescription called in weeks ago and never got the text message of it being ready for pick up. They proceeded to remove my prescription and never informed me. I had to call the pharmacy directly and was told it would be ready for pick up within a couple days. I received a text later on about my prescription being ready by 12 pm on Saturday. I went around 2 pm to pick up and I was told it would take an additional 20 min to refill. Huge waste of time.

Terrible pharmacy, I would never recommend it. If they have a problem with your prescription, they don't bother to call you, so when you go to pick it up there is a problem. Now you waited in the long line to pick up the prescription you are waiting for and then the girl tells you to go to the consult window. A complete joke of a pharmacy. I transferred all my prescriptions out. Also, they never answer the phone, so if you get the automated line and it asks if you are a doctor say yes, because they will not answer if you don't lol.

If I could give this awful place ZERO stars I would. This pharmacy is the absolute WORST pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are NEVER EVER ready when they say they will be..I literally requested a prescription and it wasn't ready for THREE days..it was only when I went in physically that they told me "20 minutes" and filled it. I once wanted to transfer a prescription to this location. A very simple task that took 3 calls (when they actually picked up) and me again, physically going into the store to have it ready. How is this place still running? I will be transferring. With incompetence like this, I no longer trust these people with my medication.

This is easily the WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. Where do I start? Oh I know. Recently, I had to go back THREE times in THREE days. For one script. Each timee with an automated text saying my script was ready. No apologies. Nothing. I can't fathom how a place that administors important medicine for people everyday, can be so awful.

The pharmacy services are so painfully slow! It doesn't matter if you go inside or use the drive up window, slow as molasses

I went after looking up something that they said was in the store. I stood in line at the pharmacy only to be told ask the other line, which I was told ask up front. To no surprise I couldn't find it, with little to no help from the staff. The pharmacy was dismissive and uncaring and the front desk was busy. So I went home and found and ordered it on Amazon

First of all I'd like to say that I've been going to the CVS pharmacy for many years actually since I was in my teens in one it was located across the street. I was at the doctors diagnosed with pneumonia and it 1:40 PM a script was sent in for me. By 3 o'clock I was at Salem Hospital getting a chest x-ray and I drove from Salem Hospital all the way to the Cvs. The line was fairly long but there were three people at the cash register's. The girl there told me it would be at least another 20 minutes which I will admit I was annoyed but I said OK and I sat in the chair off to the side with him with milk and a loaf of bread. I sat there for so long that I actually kind of fell asleep a couple times because I was so sick. I finally get the news on my phone that my prescription is ready. As I get up I realize there's four people in front of me in line so I'm waiting again. The two people that were helping out in the front with nowhere to be found. So I got a new kid and I swear it was his first day there because he couldn't find the prescription he just kept looking and looking and looking and the people that he was working with you stood there and did nothing to help him but of course he didn't even bother to ask them that what they do with the newest prescriptions. After 15 minutes of standing in line and I'll have proximally 10 people standing behind me. In the middle of the transaction we had to change the cash register because he told me the cash register wasn't working. I will be movingAll of my prescriptions to the Mail program that might Insurance offers and will try a new pharmacy anywhereelse. It's a loss of business since I take 17 prescriptions and I just wanted to get my prescription and go home.

Just a very busy place...good idea to be aware of peak times
