The pharmacists at this location are amazing. I have encountered at least 5 different pharmacists over the past couple of years and each are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I have witnessed numerous pharmacists here working with challenging customers and they remain professional- not always easy . Thank you CVS pharmacy!

Always a wait, think it's better inside than drive thru ends up worse inside yet wait outside just as bad. Employees need shots of adrenaline

Just was shopping for items in the aisles. Needed assistance for one item and service by the employee was great. The employee along with the cashier were professional, respectful and polite.

Pharmacy - 200 South Common location in Lynn. Zero stars! As mentioned in other reviews, beware of the pharmacy. This was my first experience at this location and it will be my last. I would typically give a business another chance but it is very evident that this is the type of environment there consistently, not just a one-off kind of thing. Terrible customer service with more than one employee. They do not communicate with you to tell you what is going on and when they actually do acknowledge you, they are very rude, dismissive, do not let you speak, and blame you for the issue. As mentioned in other reviews, I was also told that my insurance did not cover my mediction, which it always had in the past. I absolutely do not recommend this location

There aren't enough pharmacy employees, and the ones that are there are overworked and seem frustrated and overwhelmed.

This. 200 South commons CVS has friendly and very helpful, this CVS is very busy and you will need to wait sometimes and it's like any store that has a lot of customers,Thank you.

The ladies here work very hard. Clean nice and they helped me with getting the CVs mobile app. The manager with the chiefs, it ain’t pats but we love her!

Beware of using this pharmacy for your prescriptions. This is the second time I paid full price for my medications that supposedly my insurance was covering a portion for. I called my insurance and they said CVS never ran my insurance. My insurance called them back and CVS had to give me a refund. This is the second time that it happens to me. If this happens to you, call your insurance inmediately. The person my insurance contacted who supposedly ran my insurance didn't even apologize. The star I am giving them is just for the cashier who was kind.

Terrible service Terrible app. And I can't breathe and need delivery. I pay for extra care etc.. and the pharmacy says my insurance doesn't cover deliveries. I said I would pay cash for delivery. And called customer service as told to. They could not even get the pharmacy to answer the phone. The service is Terrible and I'm willing to pay cash for delivery as I can't breathe to walk 1.6 miles in the heat. I'm terribly disappointed in the cvs service. I'm moving all my prescriptions to FLAG pharmacy as they deliver no problem!!! I hate cvs. An awful company!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! The service is very slow, And half of the time the drive-thru is closed due to the lack of employees. And its very expensive, like why?! I'm disappointed in this pharmacy. Please try to improve yourself.
