Have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred for literally three months or more but they don’t answer the pharmacy calls from my pharmacy. I think it’s time to go somewhere else. Also some employees are very rude, especially over the phone 😡

Many items are locked in cabinets (due to stealing) so one needs to wait for a store employee to come to open the cabinets for you. You are left waiting; have no privacy in looking at items, and no luxury to look over items and compare ingredients/cost, etc as employee is pressured to return to their posts. Employees are not personable and barely make eye contact. Just an unpleasant experience beginning to end.

This pharmacy never sees the medications that the doctor gives you. Every time they go looking for a medicine they never find it

Pharmacy is joke. Line is always 20 people long and they shut the drive through down when they feel like it.

I don't know if this pharmacy changed management or what happened but some of the staff over the phone are really rude. But they wouldn't do that to your face maybe minus a couple of people that actually has the balls. They talk over you, cut you off like they know better. Even when you're calling in to check on the correct info they asked you to get because they can't get it. They were able to fill my perscription because I called to make sure someone was sending them the correct information. Once I called back to verify, in a way where they cut me short "oh yeah we got it" That's all well and good but it took me 3 days to fill my perscription for no reason because they didn't care deep enough because I have to care. I get it. But once I care enough and do what I have to do in a calm way, don't make it worse by being rude. If you're understaffed ask your big corporate bosses to hire more people. Go on vacation or something. Your dealing with people's medications in a way where you have no home or work training. They get the job done like heartless robots. And I wish I was exaggerating. They make me hate calling in because idk if I'm going to even get out a full sentence. It's called respect but I know some people don't care what that means.

The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. No matter how many times you ask to speak to a pharmacist they try to get you to leave a voicemail. Have to go to the pharmacy to ask a question.

CVS has always been my go to pharmacy! Very accurate, on time and always a pharmacist to talk to! Will never change pharmacies as I believe it is the best!

This store is typically very clean and the associates are all polite and knowledgeable. There are never long lines at checkout either. Always a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Open 24 hours

I always have a great experience when I get attended by Penny, she is my favorite pharmacist. Friendly and with a lot of patience when you come with a toddler screaming mommy mommy so loudly and she just simply said to me not to worried about it; she gave me my medication and told me to have a nice day.
