I absolutely positively. Love the CVS on 509 Eastern Ave in Lynn. The pharmacist, Todd and his staff go above and beyond and are always pleasant to each and every customer. The same goes for the staff working the retail area. I would never trade another CVS for this one 😁

Seriously the worst customer service. They literally told me my doctor prescribed my medication wrong. Huh? Scripts are never ready. The last 3 times I came to get my prescriptions, I had to come back 4 times bc even though the phone messages said they were ready, they weren't. And the Pharmacist, Josh, had an attitude. There is a reason there is no good reviews. We aren't all wrong. If ur gonna use cvs...this is not the one to use. Byyyeee....

DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE Description of Issue: So today was try number 4 to get my prescription refilled at CVS after more than 10 days and failing at the first three times and telling me it would be delivered which it never was. The store texted me know it was ready for pick up. It was supposed to be in 90 tablet refill, they gave me five pills. Not a word from the pharmacist no explanation as to why there are only five I found out when I got home hoping to finally be done with the nightmare that CVS has created with my prescriptions. It's going to be my pleasure to delete this app and no longer going to a CVS. I will be transferring everything immediately I would like to truly thank CVS for doing nothing correct. The new way to spell FAIL is C-V-S.

After being less than thrilled with the pharmacy in Vinnin sq, Swampscott I decided to give this CVS a try. I've been so pleased with the level of service provided here! I have been a customer for the past 6 months and have had a smooth and easy transaction each time. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most recently, I was having difficulty getting prescription eye drops that I needed to take prior to surgery. Ruchi, the pharmacist on the day I needed to pick the prescription up, spent a lot of time on the phone chasing down the doctor's office to get the prescription so she could fill it. She was wonderful about keeping me apprised of the situation and called me multiple times at home to update me. She truly went above and beyond in order to get the medication to me when I needed them. CVS is lucky to have such a dedicated and conscientious pharmacist- as are the patients who fill prescriptions here!!

As others have said, the pharmacy is awful. They are slow, prescriptions are never ready for when you request them, and none of the staff seems to care. Save the frustration and use another location.

This CVS is the worse CVS I have ever been too! The pharmacy staff are so rude and lazy. I have been waiting for my prescription for 6 hours and when I call to see if they are finally ready the lady on the phone tells me to wait another hour because they have too many customers because apparently all the customers came in at the same time! I explained I'm unable to drive and the only person I have to pick them up can only go now and she says well then that's too bad because they are just gonna wait in a line half way down the aisle. What kind of customer service is this. I only go there because it's the closest to my home but I think next time I'll go back to Walgreens! I've never had a bad experience with them! What a shame! I always loved going to CVS but this place makes me want to take my business elsewhere! Only gave them a 1 start because you must to post review but they are not even worthy of that!

I've been to the store several times without using the pharmacy and most things are overpriced. The store is not usually dirty, but they do tend to have unopened boxes in aisles frequently. Today I use the pharmacy for the first time in several years and I called ahead to make sure they had my insurance information. They picked up the phone quickly, however, the lady seemed unhappy to have done so. She kept saying hello like she couldn't hear me even though she didn't give me a chance to say a word. So I kept trying to say hi and she kept interrupting me with her nonstop hellos.... Getting annoyed now, feeling like she was about to hang up, I said "can you let me speak." Finally she allowed me to answer her and we finished up the call . Arriving at the pharmacy, there was a small line that moved quickly. The girl who assisted me was kind and polite. I had no issues picking up my rx, they even expedited it so I could pick up before the "ready for pick up" time. There is a large parking lot and bakery across the street if you have a sweet tooth
