I couldn't make the family reunion. I wanted to add something healthy, beautiful and something the kids would really love. Edible Arrangements did just that. Fruit really fresh, mango and kiwi appreciated with all of the fruits and the display captivated all ( especially the kids!). I made order by calling the store ( I am out of state but prefer the human connection to a store instead of on line) "Krista" helped me with order size . I requested an order late on Sunday. Krista noted they closed earlier on Sunday but she would make it the last order of the day. Couldn't be happier with product and service. Definitely order again. Thankyou so much Edible Arrangements!!

Excellent customer service!I ordered an arrangement for delivery. Krista was kind enough to call me to inform me that there was no more delivery for that day and offered to refund me the delivery charge for the inconvenience. She also went as far as going over my order and informing me that I did not leave card with a message (which is important). Excellent customer service!!!

Extremely pleased.I had changed my mind about the card message I wrote when I made the order. I called right when they opened, the person I spoke with fixed the message to my liking, and changed the delivery window for one that works for my family. The order was handed to my mother at the right time and with the right message on the card. The strawberries were fresh and delicious as well.Thank you sooo sooo sooo much!

My sister send me arrangement for my birthday it was just awful fruit was so sour we couldn't eat it. It went into the trash. Need to taste the fruit before making the arrangements. They've been declining since last year. Fruit isn't fresh

Gave my order to someone else. Poor staff training, if I could give 0 stars I would. The flowers that I received were horrible. Do not recommend. Try another store

i was not impressed at all! My strawberries were dipped not covered in chocolate like the website shows. I will not order again. Strawberries don't even look fresh! I'd give it an F rating.

Everything was great edible arrangements did a great job but a special Call out to Stephen the delivery person he kept me well-informed and went out of his way to make sure everything got to where it had to go at a difficult time In our life so once again thank you so much Stephen you went above and beyond the world needs more people like you edible arrangement should be blessed to have an employee like you!!!!

After recovering from surgery a friend sent me an edible arrangement with pineapple, grapes, strawberries and melon. The pineapple was delicious but the melon and strawberries were overripe and tasted bad. The grapes had a bitter skin.

I was surprised that the bananas under the great chocolate were BROWN! I wanted 3 smoothies 1 of each. 1 didn't have all ingredients, and NO ICE! Personally they were bland, not just my opinion 3 opinions. For the taste it should be 1/2 price. Way 2 expensive. As for the workers the girl was great and pleasant. the guy, who I think was managing, didn't even know how to operate a blender. Lol. I WILL TRY AGAIN, JUST ANOTHER STORE. HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND SAFE NEW YEAR 2021-2022!!
