ROACHES ON DECK DONT RENT.
I purchased a space and then got extremely lucky, I noticed a roach on the door across from mine the very first trip to move some items inside. I took a clear photo and brought it down asking for a refund…. I then felt uncomfortable bringing my items back home or even to my car because I didn’t know if I was gonna track them back with me
I then decided to purchase a raid can at CVS so I could spray all items before bringing them back into my vehicle. They refunded my payment and when I asked for raid money reimbursement they had me run down and pick up $10 cash…. The employee was very helpful but the bug situation and knowledge of the infestation yet still not resolving it is incredibly disturbing

Great space for a great value. Junior provided exceptional customer service and support to my mother and I. He also speaks Haitian Creole, which put my mom at ease and comfortable. Extra space storage is lucky to have an Junior on its payroll.

Rented a storage unit and the gentleman in the office named Junior was such a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful with any questions or concerns. They keep the place nice and clean so I knew my belongings were safe to store here. I suggest asking for him if looking to rent a unit!!!

Asia was so helpful and provided the best customer service! The facility was clean and well maintained. I was able to get a storage unit that fit my needs same day, which was so helpful! If I need a storage unit again I will definitely come back here. Thank you!
