I've been with flags for the last 5 years and they been the best, the staff is very caring and they work with you on anything like prior authorization they handle when other pharmacies don't like too flags makes sure you don't run out of your meds. Thanks to the staff at flags pharmacy for everything you have done for me especially during this difficult time that I've been dealing with this year..

This is privately owned pharmacy. I'm 59 years old. This is the best pharmacy in the area. I grew up in a small town with a pharmacy that had the same great service and people. I do not miss the bullshit I would run into at CVS. I loved them pharmacist at cvs but it all depended on if she was on duty. I am very happy with Flag Pharmacy

The lady at the front desk had the nastiest attitude I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy I will never step a foot into flag pharmacy a day in my life maybe everyone else is nice for what I know but this older heavy set lady with what I believe is a Russian accent left a real bad taste in my mouth .

The staff members here truly go above and beyond for everyone. If there’s an issue with or question about your prescription, their follow-up and communication is second to none. They deliver for free, even walking up to my fourth floor apartment. Staff is available by text as well, which is great for a Millennial like me haha! I switched to them when Eaton on Union Street closed, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision.

UPDATE 1/12/21 After posting my review, within the same day someone called me to apologize. They refilled my RX and informed me that they are still trying to get back onto my insurance group. I still wish someone would of informed me that my insurance was no longer taken, however the quick response to my review was impressive.Original review:I really don't like posting bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed in the way this pharmacy handled this situation, especially since I was a customer for a long time.Long story short, I was notified by my insurance that Flag pharmacy could no longer fill my prescriptions (since they were out of network), therefore I had to find a new pharmacy. Not long after, Flag pharmacy sent me 2 letters saying that the letter I received from insurance was WRONG and that they were indeed STILL TAKING my insurance. In good faith, I didn't transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.Now, a month later, I NEED TO REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION. I refilled my RX through Flag pharmacy using their phone system, as I always did. I soon got a call from Flag saying they couldn't refill my prescription since they were OUT OF NETWORK. I told the women about the two letters they sent and she said " Ya, we tried to fight to be in network with your insurance, but they wouldn't let us." I then asked her to send my prescriptions to another pharmacy and she said she did.NOW, I just called the new pharmacy, checking to see if they received my RX's from Flag pharmacy, and they DID NOT RECIEVE THEM! I am IN NEED OF THIS RX's!In summary, not only where my RX's never sent over to my new pharmacy,, they DIDN"T even notify me saying they couldn't take my insurance. How nice of them to send a letter saying " please stay here and be out customer:, but then when I couldn't be, they didn't have to decency to call me....
